I wish it was mentioned in the description of the location that the hotel was on the top of the mountain. The hotel was far from the lake as well as from down town. The furniture was outdated. The AC was on/off working, it stopped working in the middle of the night with no reception or help available during that time. Breakfast was less than expected. Although parking is available but very busy, sometime you can't find a space. Thank you for the help of the staff to find a space.

Clean, with good view of the lake although it is from top of the mountain. outdoor facilities were good. staff were helpful and ready to assess you. I like the restaurant view.

You need a car to get to the place and if you want to visit this area of lake Garda. Not a problem for us but to keep in mind if you need to move around.

Great hotel/resort. Many activities. Nice gym, pools and game room. Great for families with children. Food and wine was great.

Indooor pool, food options, excellent tiramisu, nice and clean room and bathroom, game room. We liked to have multiple options for meals and desserts (4-5 options every time), portions were good, they had salarld buffet so we could choose what we wanted, they made separate meals for our toddler daughter (e.g. pasta with/out sauce). If the weather is suitable, you can eat breakfast or lunch on the terrace with the perfect view. Breakfast was also very good. Even though not everyone spoke English, we managed to communicate (one time, it was harder to understand, but then another person explained, and it was clear).

It is a longer drive from Garda Lake than anticipated. The road leading up to the hotel is sometimes tricky and narrow, especially in the towns. Can the hotel do anything about that? No.

A true paradise on top of the hill! The view from the hotel on Garda Lake was amazing. The facilities are great and the swimming pool is a welcome refreshment after a warm day.

The number of parking spots were exceeded by the number of cars. So we had to look hard to squeeze in.

the music system outside on the terrace could be a little softer after 9pm for the guest rooms above the terrace. Also for the disco night the outside speakers is a bit too much for the non-participants 12.30am.

Breakfast was pleasantly extensive, although having to cook the breakfast egg yourself does not deserve four stars, inquiries revealed that we were not the only ones who experienced this as a negative. Lunch and dinner were absolutely fine and of high quality, a pleasure.

It was strange that we rented an apartment with a kitchen and there was no detergent for washing the dishes, nor soap or any toiletries. Also there was no light underneath of the top kitchen cupboard. There were not many vegetable choices during breakfast (only cucumber and tomatoes).

Great location. Very pretty and very clean property. Nice staff. Very quiet at night. The view from the terrace for breakfast was stunning.

Slightly dampened by the early morning wake up calls before 7am by staff wheeling laundry crates, chatting outside the apartment and slamming van doors over and over every morning. Restaurant quite clearly found us an inconvenience arriving for dinner without a reservation. Breakfast food was good but evening restaurant food was disappointing.

Stunning views, fantastic amenities and very friendly bar and reception staff. Plenty to do including indoor/outdoor pool, e-bike hire, treks, sun loungers and of course tennis. Bar staff were especially hard working and very professional. The first jaunt up the mountain was a little daunting especially in the dark but once you’ve done it a few times you get used to it (a car is a must). The e-bikes were surprisingly efficient for the steep mountain roads so give that a try if you fancy leaving the car behind. A cycle out to Pieve have a few nice pit stops for a drink and some good food.

Because we had a dog we had to have our breakfast in the entrance hall.That,s acceptable but it would have been nice if the table was layed for us too.Not to feel as one of the guests like this

Wifi was almost not working. Please be aware that lines, towels and heating are not included in the price. Also we had to buy basic goods - soap, washmachine powder, dishwasher pills.

Location is wonderful - 30 minutes of walking to Monte Bestone panorama. Fireplace is great, firewood is available. If you want to play tennis, this place is very good. We lived Casa Maroc 600 - comfortable for 4 adults, optionally +1 or 2 kids in one of the bedrooms. House is really cozy.

The road to hotel is quite tiring, especially if you're driving few times a day.

This is a perfect choice for family stay. Indoor swimming pool is great, the view is spectacular, kids loved the play room.

The treadmills in the gym could use a service!

The hotel was lovely, modern, clean, spacious. Breakfasts were amazing, and the lunches and dinners in the main restaurant were pretty good value too. The view from the restaurant terrace is amazing, and the wellness facilities are good. All in all, we thought it was wonderful. Yes, it’s a 15 minute drive up a twisty, steep, and narrow road, but if you take it easy (i.e. stay at the posted limit), it’s not bad at all.

My only complaint would be that they charge for the use of linens- not a dealbreaker but they don't tell you until after you book. I recommend adding it to the charges before booking so people are aware.

Lovely, new apartment- spotlessly clean with good AC. The apartment was large and had 2 nice balconies. No view of the lake but you can see it from other areas in the property. The hotel pool was nice and refreshing on a hot summer day.
