No curtain for the shower. It was a challenge not to flood the bathroom while having a shower.

While the shower setup in the bathroom is not optimal, it's good enough for some nights. I could hear noise from neighboring rooms, so I recommend bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper: it solved this problem for me.

I was very satisfied with most aspects of my experience: very kind hosts, great breakfast, the single room large enough and comfortable for several nights' stay.

The hotel is located in the center, close to the beach (2 min) and to the airport (20 min). Good breakfasts and very nice service. Lots of restaurants and shops around.

We liked very warm atmosphere, super friendly staff and flexibility. We were accepted though we arrived earlier. We would come back. It’s close to the Center and to the beach but it’s quite quiet.

The bathroom was a bit extreme as the toilet was built in the shower area - meaning that I had almost no place to stand, and while showering, the toilet and the bidet got soaked too. Sometimes the shower dripped while I was sitting on the toilet... :) The bathroom also shared a window with a neighboring room high up on the wall. This didn't allow anyone to look in, but when they turned on the lights, my room was lighted too, and I could clearly hear them talk. Still, the place was incredibly cheap, and one spends most of the day on the beach anyway.

I could lock in a very cheap price despite the high season. Extremely kind and helpful staff. Excellent location, close to the beach.

Hotel Pigalle is a real gem of a place, that offers all the essentials for a short(ish) stay. I have to give a big shout-out to the staff of the place. Folks are really friendly and resourceful in any situation, ready to save the day when/if needed. The breakfast on offer hits all the right spots - there's enough variety of sweet and savory options - to give guests a lasting boost for the day ahead. Don't be surprised, if the smell of freshly baked goods wakes you up in the morning. I wouldn't hesitate to re-visit on a later occasion. Grazie a tutti!

The furniture might not be modern and stylish, but the price, the hospitality and the location are excellent so don't judge a book by its cover! The host went the extra mile to make us feel welcome.

Amazing location, walking distance from all the major spots around the city and very close to the seaside. The host was super friendly and helpful. Ample choice of breakfast options. Excellent price!

We loved everything but I would suggest some things: to fix some hook in the bathroom so it’s will be more comfortable to take a shower and keep your close dry or hook the towel. Also to keep inside room some swipe so ppl after beach can clean the sand. And little fridge would be just perfect at list to keep your drinks cool during the hot weather. Also if it’s there any possibility to hang wet clothes after beach. Will be perfect

I stayed there during the height of the heat in summer. The hotel description say they have a fan. What they had was a ceiling fan, which only recycle hot air in the room. They also had an Air Con for 10 Euros more. It was unbearably hot, so I paid to get the AC. I was misled by their description. Why not say "ceiling fan" instead of just "fan"? Also, no mention of the cost of AC in the description. I believe it was all done intentionally.
