Seeing that it's summer, we would have loved if there was some sort of entertainment in the evenings.

We loved this hotel! The staff are very friendly and it's a very relaxing hotel. We especially spent time relaxing by the pool. Having access to the free fitness centre was a plus for us.

The room partition is a bit thin, so you can hear sometimes the noise from the other room. The spa opens up way too late.

Hotel is in a very good location, very relaxing. Had dinner at the hotel, it was really good food, you can see that the chef prepared the menu from the heart and hard work. As for the staff they were all helpful, especially the young guy at the bar, sorry never took your name.

We booked two rooms in mid-June for mid-August and requested that the rooms be next to each other, as the second room was for our youngest and oldest children. However, although the rooms were on the same floor, they were at opposite ends. We also decided to book an "Executive Room" for ourselves and a standard room for the two boys. Unfortunately, the executive room did not have a full-length mirror (apart from the bathroom mirror), so my wife couldn't properly do her hair, makeup, or check her appearance. Additionally, there was no clothes-drying hanger in the executive room, leaving us with nowhere to hang damp towels, although the standard room did have both. The bar also closes too early. As a base for visiting smaller towns like Scicli, Modica, and Ragusa in the evening, we often returned to find the bar closed around 11ish.

Lovely hotel, very clean and airy. Friendly reception, breakfast, and cleaning staff. Large selection at breakfast. The room was large, clean, and airy, with a nice large bed and plenty of storage. It had electric blinds but no full-size mirror. Good-sized pool with steps and a slope. The pool had a good-sized deep and shallow end, plus a very shallow area for younger children. Used the gym, but there was no bike, and the air conditioning wasn't working until the next day. The hotel also had a good, modern paddle court. As a base for the area, it’s a perfect hotel.

The staff was very accommodating and welcoming and the receptionist was available throughout our entire stay. They also took care of scheduling taxis for us whenever we needed. They knew English very well as well. The hotel was very clean and very quiet and had a lot of areas where you can sit in peace and enjoy the view. The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing. The breakfast offered has a wide selection of sweet pastries and also offered a range of savoury options too. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The restaurant is not tailored for families with young children and youths who love to eat bulky plates and the spa opens very late hence one cannot opt for treatments in the mornings on week days. The rest all amazing

The staff was amazing. They were very friendly and gave us a lot of info for our super short stay. Breakfast superb with a lot of choice. We had not time to try the spa and the pool but we will be back soon.

This place never fails to impress. Beautifully decorated and deserves a 4 star ⭐ if not 5 ! Excellent breakfast , minimalist , quiet , great parking. Super friendly staff. Definitely recommendable.

The Resort was very comfortable and spacious. We booked a Junior Suite which was seconds away from the main block. I would recommend this for a family of 4. Breakfast was also included and lovely.

Cons: Wifi could be more robust outside the reception area. The gym temperature needs adjustment. Lack of modern electrical outlets in the rooms. Despite the minor drawbacks, the warmth and dedication of the staff overshadow them. I wholeheartedly give Pietre Nere Resort & Spa a stellar rating and remain hopeful that they'll iron out the few kinks for an even better experience in the future. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The only problem was other inconsiderate guests. Family with young kids made havoc on our floor.

The hotel is modern, spacious and fairly kept. Parking was very good. Room are quite large and comfortable. The staff were professional and ready to help. Breakfast was very good, especially the sweet section. The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed our time by the pool.
