the room and the location are ok; the location can be easily reached by car and bus, however the breakfast was very poor, if you are picky about food you will not have anything to eat.

We loved the pool and the garden. The communication was smooth with the contact on whatsapp, but the staff at the place couldn't speak in English.

I the only thing I would add is some place to dry towels and swimsuits! there was no place for it in the bathroom, there were no handles or hangers, and there was no place to dry in the sun, for example.

wonderful facility with a garden and swimming pool. clean, quiet, comfortable. very nice and helpful staff, large rooms, comfortable bed, great bathroom, cleanliness. near the facility (5 minutes on foot) two restaurants (pizza and seafood). 20 minutes walk to the town of Torre al mare, where there is everything: shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The seaside is just across the street! 2 minutes! breakfast available in the room price. coffee, juices, cheese, cold meats and some sweet things. small selection but tasty. a perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle. sun, swimming pool, silence. This is not a place for families with small children because it will be boring for the youngest ones.

The room facilities for clothes was minimal, a small hanging space, but no drawers. The room / Bathroom wasn't cleaned after our first night, we requested this and it was carried out. it is quite a distance to any facilities,a car is necessary. To enter the property,a code for access is necessary, leaving your car extending into the lane of incoming traffice. Nobody in attendance on our weekend, should any questions needed to be asked. There was cheese and meats left but these were processed. The food was of low quality. The garden could be made picturesque and the pool useable if the water filled cover was removed. On check out there wasn't anyone present

Location was amongst abandoned and dilapidated buildings, 15 minutes by car to Bari.. The property is beachfront but not for swimming unless you want to sit on rocks and climb over rocks to get to the water. Although described as luxury suites they are not. Our room did not have a desk/table or chair, instead you used a shelf and sat on a mini refrigerator. The bathroom lacked shelving and towel racks, be sure to bring your own toiletries. Breakfast offering was very basic and lacked variety.

Overall the property doesn't look well maintained. The door from the outside, where our room was, it wasn't closing properly.The pool was dirty, I tought they close it at 6 pm to clean it, but nobody cleaned it. In the room there was no chairs, basic furniture inside. Schedule of the pool 10-6 pm, not very helpful if you also want to visit the area. The location is kind of remote and no side walk outside, you get out in the street which is very crowded. The sea is next to the property, but no beach with sand, just rocks. No good restaurants in walking distance. You would need a car to get to this location.

The garden is ok and free parking inside. Breakfast was ok, but basic.

This is the first time we give a bad evaluation or write any bad comment about a hotel in our life. It was really a bad experience. 1. No hot water. In the evening one of us took a shower with warm water for only 5 minutes, the other one hat to take a cold shower. In the morning no hot water at all. 2. Very loud heavy metal music and loud Whirlpool in the next room since we checked in around 18:00. The next-door neighbors went out around 22:30, came back around 05:00 next morning, and then started the loud music and Whirlpool again. 3. No chair or anything to sit on except the bed. 4. No any kind of cup to hold water when you wash your teeth. 5. Dirty water cooker, no tea, no coffee, no cup anyway.

Everything was in perfect order. I can only recommend it! Clean, tidy, wonderful view. Giuseppe is very flexible and kind. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious.

The breakfast were terrible. We didn’t get anything cooked, only cheap unhealthy sweets from shop. Coffee was awful. The parking is in the dark dusty side road. We didn’t get access to the property from the main road so we had to always go through the dark alley to get inside.

Parking not very safe, outside the gated property. There was lights in « parking area » and cameras, but… who’s watching cameras? Because no one on sights in evening and nights. Complex in front of ocean but can’t see it from property and not swimmable (very rocky and r ought sea). Need a car for restaurants. Very basic room, modern but no storage at all. We were recommended good restaurants thought.

Fantastic place. Great location. Beautiful sea view. A large garden with a swimming pool where you can really relax. There is a bakery and a restaurant nearby. Easy access to the center of Bari, Matera, Alberobello, Locorotondo and the Grotte di Castellana cave. I recommend !

It was super clean, the pool was well kept and the grounds were lovely. The location is remote, but only an 8 minute drive to the local town where you can dine for lunch and dinner.
