It is in the middle of nowhere, nothing to do at night. I liked this but we had a car. If you have kids, I’d say they may be bored. No irons on the property apparently 🙄 Quite outrageous.

The location is in the middle of nowhere. Ideal for completely shutting off. There literally nothing else to do only relax. So many areas to sun bathe…. Really aesthetically pleasing. Was rather pleasantly surprised as I stayed in another sister hotel last year in capitolo which was dreadful.

We had a quadruplets suite next to the bar, so kids couldn’t sleep until 23:00 because of the loud live music . The resort is a few km away from the city in the middle of farmlands, so you will need a car, or at least to use shuttle service of the Hotel, to get to populated areas.

Nice garden with small rabbits running around, many free and comfortable sunbeds available. Food and coffee is 5 star, as it should be in Italy. The beach is sandy however the coastline is rocky, so you can enter the sea using stairs. Apartments are clean, and air conditioned however I didn’t feel them fresh, well separated or too cosy comparing the price. Nice place to relax, but it is smaller than expected from the homepage.

Very dissapointed with the behavior of the reception staff during our check-in on 12 July around 8:00 PM. The staff member on duty was extremely unprofessional and rude. We had to wait approximately five minutes while she finished what appeared to be a personal phone call, despite us standing at the front desk. Additionally, while checking us in, she made fun of our names, which was both disrespectful and inappropriate. This experience gave us a very poor first impression of the hotel. We expect a certain level of courtesy and professionalism from front desk staff, and unfortunately, this was not met. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure better training or oversight to prevent similar experiences for future guests.

We loved the beach area and truly appreciated the comfortable chairs available for guests. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and quality that made our mornings very enjoyable.

- the receptionists were not very friendly - when we arrived after a 6 hour delay flight we asked if we could eat anything there and the receptionist didn't help at all, but we went to the bar and the staff there helped us and made 2 pizzas - I asked for an iron and they told me to leave the clothes in a bag and write "only iron" (and I left a tip), at the check out I was charged 80-90 euros for that ( they didn't tell me that I will be charged) - in general the staff is great except the receptionists

We didn’t find the reception staff very welcoming or cheerful . I don’t know if it’s a lack of training or a symptom of a large hotel where they see many people come and go. The hotel provides one small bottle of water on arrival. This seems a little mean . Surely one bottle per person per day should be the basic requirement ( again as in every other establishment that we visited ) The evening entertainment could be quite loud if you had a room close to it . It is definitely advisable to have a car at this hotel as it isn’t near any towns or shops. It is only 10 minutes from Polignano which is a lovely town with great bars and restaurants .

The hotel has a good sized pool and a good beach area although it is completely rocky and you have to enter the water by steps from a pontoon. I didn’t mind this but if you want a sandy beach then this is not the place for you . The sea is very clear and good for snorkelling . There are many comfortable sun beds in the grounds and on the beach .The gardens are beautifully kept and it is a very peaceful hotel. Beach towels were available but this wasn’t made clear at check in . Our room was large and comfortable and kept very clean. The coffee was restocked daily. Breakfast was superb and the best we had during our 9 day tour of Puglia. A lot of choice, great smoothies and the pancake lady was brilliant. And the coffee lady. Great coffee !! We didn’t eat dinner here so cannot comment on the food . We enjoyed our stay at this hotel despite the few negatives . It is also only 40 minutes from Bari airport.

The entertainment during evenings are not all at the same standard. Some were quite poor some were great. The noise during the performance is too loud for those rooms facing the bar area. For someone with kids it’s not recommended to be allocated rooms around the bar area. The dinner prince 35 eur is high for the quality they provide. Some more coffee and water in the rooms please

The staff are friendly and hard working. The breakfast is delicious The location is incredible as you get to choose your comfort level by the swimming pool or by the beach.

Small Rooms are not great, very low quality furniture and dated . Sound proofing required. The Spa etc not included and prices reflect that. The outside gym isn’t good. The staff on checking out were not good very miserable 🙁 and didn’t want to know when I asked for a receipt for work. The reception guy muttered something and didn’t come back so after some time I left. No ciao for me 😢

Beachfront hotel just outside of Polignano a Mare. Nice gardens with swimming pool and direct access to the sea. Good breakfast. For kids it is good fun to have some rabbits running around in the gardens of the hotel.

I did not like the rocky sea, quite dangerous to go on those steps. My husband actually felt on them and had a bad injury. No medical assistance existed on the resort. At such size of the resort a minimum assistance should exist and also a doctor on call.

The beach was ok, however we enjoyed more the pool site. The restaurant had a great variety of food and drinks. Nice international atmosphere!

The dinner option was horrible. Without buying a full package meal, we were made to wait until all the buyers were finished (they weren’t) and weren’t allowed to start our dinner until 8:30. At first, the dining was difficult to find, and once there the only thing available was a crowded noisy self serve buffet dinner. We had been looking forward to a sit down meal at an earlier time, as we were exhausted from almost 30 hours of traveling. The property itself was great, but being made to wait to dine left us feeling disappointed and unhappy.

Beach access, chairs, umbrellas, grounds, bike rental availability, room. This was a beautiful place and wasn’t crowded. The food was tasty and well presented. Staff was helpful and great at serving coffee or drinks. The outside seating was lovely.

The restaurant options were weak. Either Buffet or nothing. The a la cart was only available two nights a week and we couldn't eat either nights. The hotel shuttle to town (7 minutes away) had limited return times at night (blackout between 7:30-11:30pm). Access to the water is not sandy, but very rocky- be prepared.

The overall aesthetics of the property are amazing with great views of the Adriatic Sea. A very expansive property, large beachfront with lots of beach chairs and beds as well a secondary private area as well. The property seems to have domesticated a handful of super-cute rabbits/hares that are people-friendly. Nice plants and trees adorn the property. The bed was comfortable. Loved taking Tuk-Tuks back from Polignano a Mare - lots of fun.
