Breakfast had what you needed

Pillows could have been higher, even with two it felt that you lay flat on the mattress

Location with amazing view

Dinner choices were not my favorite; buffet was good As a solo person I would lie opportunities to connect with others ... have a happy apertivo hour??

Location is really good. Beautiful views, bikes can be rented at the hotel and we had decent breakfast as well. Really good for 1-2 nights stay.

Good hotel in beautiful surroundings. Great atmosphere, especially at dinner 😁. Great possibilities for hiking. Good value for the money.

Very convenient location, rooms are a bit old but clean, comfortable beds.

We had half board and the food was at most average. During dinner the buffet with side dishes was in one small corner which created a huge queue.

The location is in the center of Kompatsch so it is easy to navigate the surrounding area and the hike trails from there. You can already locate the hotel from the cable car if you travelling with it from the valley. The staff is friendly. They outdid themselves on breakfast variety.

- The check in time is not flexible (i requested if we could check in earlier, got some weird response back, and on the day of check in we had to wait / leave our luggage at the reception while we went for a hike) - The older staff's English is not good so some misunderstandings can happen (reception) - The dinner there is definitely not worth the price. There is not enough variety, the quality is cheap. (the salad bar had enough veggies in all forms to pick from though) Definitely would skip the dinner there and go to a nearby snack place. The breakfast was good though, they really put a lot of effort into it. - 50/50 which room you get, could be with a view, could not be, who knows? We had a nice view to the back of the hotel, straight into the hotel next door, zero views - the pool they have is really small, but better than no pool

The location is absolutely fantastic and the staff is friendly & forthcoming!!!

The rooms are aged and not very comfortable. If you are unlucky to get a room towards the back, there is not much direct light and the room with the window is somewhat separated from the bedroom.

Very nice breakfast. Very Large room. The elevator is very helpful. Nice bartender.

Not sure that it's hotel's problem or not, They don't give guest pass(free bus QR code).

Location, comfortable room with balcony over looking the mountain. Very good breakfast and dinner included with the room - excellent value. Onsite parking.

Staying at the hotel doesn’t mean you can drive further up the mountain (between 9-5). Since most of the guests arrive by car this should be made obvious to the guests.

It seems like a long drive from the main highway, but it is well worth it to explore the Alpe di Siusi which has lots of great trails to walk and beautiful mountain scenery. The dinner was quite good and plentiful and included a salad bar with lots of options. Despite the hotel being quite busy, I found the rooms to be quiet and with good sound proofing.

Very relaxed and service oriented staff. Great location. Value for money!

We didn't like much about it. There is nothing that I could say we liked. Some of the staff was ok, but that is mostly all about it.

Heating was not on, except the balcony, which did not heat the room where we slept. Staff does not speak English. There was a review saying that one of the dinner option was shrimps and it was literally 3 shrimps in a plate - that review is correct. The room is super tiny. WC lamp randomly going out. Hair dryer is a joke - it works for 7 seconds then shuts down for minutes, so better bring your own.
