Ery helpful host, clean, big kitchen

I was eaten by mosquitos, plenty of mosquitos

Everything was excellent. Comfortable apartments, a beautiful view of the mountains, and all the appliances were in good working condition. Hospitable hosts!

From the tram to the apartment, you have to walk slightly uphill.

Very clean accomodation at such a reasonable price! We had everything we needed, and even the common kitchen was spotless. The neighbourhood was quiet too. Would definitely recommend for a nice stay in Florence for someone who might be on a budget!

A little bit far from downtown Florence and the touristic spots, but there is a tramway stop a few minutes away from the apartments that makes the trips very easy, so not a real problem in our book

Great location only 10 minutes from the tram into central Florence. Comfortable rooms with a shared kitchen. Flexible with offering luggage storage after checkout in an area with camera surveillance. If we are ever back in Florence we would love to stay again.

Kitchen has a large table and chairs. Unit was nice and clean as others have said. Quiet at night. The elevator was small but helpful for luggage. AC has a nice window switch that turns off AC when window opened.

Large well equipped kitchen strangely has a mini fridge that doesn't leave much room when shared with 3 apartments. We were 2 couples and chose the Quadruple room with private bathroom. The main bedroom had a bed, and nothing else. No side table, or anywhere to hang clothes. Were told to use the other bedroom closet. The main bedroom has direct access to the bathroom. But the second bedroom occupants have to walk through the main bedroom to use the bathroom. Late Sept and still mosquitoes every night in the rooms. There was supposed to be a terrace on the property. We looked outside and found long grass. Eventually realized that terrace to them meant the hallway outside our room that connects the 3 apt/rooms. AC had a habit of going off randomly. And we kept the windows closed at ALL times to try to prevent mosquitos getting in. Likely a timer set up somewhere in the wiring to save electricity.

Comfortable and clean. The kitchenette has everything you need for self catering. Short walk to the tram.

Possibly needs a soap tray in the shower and the drainage was a little slow.

Nice, clean room in a quiet district with good connection to the city center.

While we found a place to park in front of the place, parking can be rough. Prepare to search an alternative parking loot, especially with a big car.

The host were very friendly and helpful. I made a request for an item and within 10 minutes had it at my room. They had a fully equipped kitchen and also a washing machine. There was a lift up to the rooms

It’s a bit of a walk from the tram line up a hill so definitely recommend looking at getting a taxi/Uber but other than that it was a perfect stay

I love my stay there. The owner was really helpful and explained everything very well. The apartment was clean and well equipped

You need a key to use the lift. So, I had to take my luggages via stairs when I arrived and checked out. Fortunately, I only had two small cabin luggages.

It was a very big room, good bed, good location (close enough to public transportation to the city centre)

The shower was not super clean, but we talked to the host and they fix it

Simone tried to charge us for "damages" we did not do. This really made me disappointed and I had to give a lower score due to that.
