Great location, very friendly staff. Good value for money in terms of the central location & basic but enough facilities for a short break. Quiet air-conditioned room sheltered the heat & noise from the square.

Nothing comes to mind, perhaps that the room was a little small but that's OK. The TV could've been better (e.g. Smart TV), but that's just a detail.

The hotel was small but great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good although not outstanding. The location is fantastic. The room was small but clean and pretty. I think you get good value for the money, not to mention Lake Garda is gorgeous

a wonderful hotel with a great location on the Garda embankment. We were on holiday with a small child and parents. Special thanks for the birthday greetings and prosecco! Excellent breakfasts, friendly hotel manager. Free parking. The view from the room to the lake is amazing

Piccolo Hotel is on the Lake front we had a lake view which was very special. The breakfast was excellent.. We also ate at their restaurant and the food was also excellent but what stood out were the staff from the host and all the staff at the hotel. They were so welcoming and helpful.. Made our stay very enjoyable.

As per rating.. the staff the cleanliness, the room,.. On top: the location for its view and centrality, the extra effort by staff, the superb breakfast and more..

The staff were lovely. We were only in Garda for a couple of days and the staff suggested some must see spots. The room was clean and spacious enough for two. There was a restaurant on sight but many other restaurants close by. Close enough to scenic walks too.

Our 'King bed' was two twin beds pushed together, and it did separate during the night.

The staff were very nice, and the location was fantastic. We enjoyed our morning cappucinos, which were included with breakfast. It was a great spot from which to explore Garda and the lake. Would recommend to anyone coming to town.

Very noisy in early morning (from 6 a.m.). I don't know if it was from a housekeeper or from a kitchen preparing breakfast, but that noise woke us up every morning.

Great locality, right in the centre of Garda. Clean room. Free parking, even if it was 5-10 minutes walking from the hotel. Very good restaurant, especially the homemade spaghetti. 10% discount in the hotel restaurant for the hotel guests.

We had a room with two bed rooms. As it's very varm during summer nights it would be super nice to have a roof fan in both rooms, not only for the main bedroom. Aircondition is not an option for these old, genuine buildings (and I support that!).

Moulto bene! Outside in the morning sun, fantastic egg-and-bacon or omelette made on order.

The new side of the hotel was very nice , the rooms were lovely clean and comfortable. Free wi-fi and air conditioning, the cleaner came in everyday, it was spotless.

Hotel Piccolo is a cozy place, very friendly staff. The room was perfect: clean, fresh, great view and comfortable bed, as a bonus - a small balcony. The location is ideal: the historical center of Garda (beautiful buildings, many small shops and good restaurants around), just 300 meters from Lake Garda itself. In addition, Hotel Piccolo has a wonderful restaurant with an excellent regional cuisine and wine, as well as a romantic atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Walls were thin so we could hear the neighbours. Separate bathroom in the hallway was a bit of a chore.

The double bed in our room was really noisy - it was creaking and making loud noises whenever one was just thinking of moving around. It was unfortunately quite annoying and disturbing for one’s sleep.

The location is very central - right next to the pier/harbor front making it easy to get around. The staff was really helpful and service oriented- we even got early croissants and a cup of coffee to go when we checked out early.
