It was a bit frustrating trying to get into the building, the owner was not onsite, so everything had to be done remotely. Once I was able to get access to the building, it was fine. Take note that if you do not have cell plan like me, you'll have to find wifi to communicate with the owner to get access to the room. I suggest planning ahead so you won't have to wait outside.

The location of Piccinni House is very convenient! It's a short walk from the train station but only two blocks from the centro storico, so very convenient. I had a room with private bathroom and a balcony, but it was basically for drying clothes. I was only there for one night so did not really utilize the kitchen or anything else in the guesthouse, but my room was nice. For what I needed, it was a good stay.

Main thing that was missing was the AC... It was really hot in the room, and since it is the center, opening the windows does not really do much except invite the mosquitos in the room 😅 not to mention the outside noise Some parts of the flat would need to be renovated just for the sake of the looks.

It is right in the city center, and also well connected! The house was clean, even the shared bathroom seemed to be cleaned on a daily basis. It is perfect for short stays, but imho, not well-suited for longer stays. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. The host was available and helped us with anything we needed :) The furniture was a bit outdated, but it gave the place some vibe :)

The location was perfectly situated. The building was quite nice and clean and safe. The owners were exceptionally responsive. I missed not having a window . The room was sort of humid and stuffy. I didn’t know what to do about that. I didn’t find an iron.

The room has no direct view to the outside, but faces a utility room, which is quite depressing. There is no access to a wardrobe, a hanger, a chair or any other place to put your clothes in the room.

The apartment has a good location, not far from Stazione Centrale and close to the old town. In addition to the room, guests have access to a living room and a kitchen.

- Online check-in process was weird. Everything worked out ok, but it puts a lot of effort on the guest and it’s not very welcoming. - Room was ok, but the main light switches were broken and the shower door didn’t close. Also the room had no windows to the outside, which made it feel like night all the time. Also the furniture was pretty outdated. The bed was ok.

We had to wait a bit until the guest opened the door - through an app, no need for face-to-face contact The wifi connection was so poor that we could not connect at all The sockets are the old type, with three holes, but we found an adaptor in the livingroom

The location was more than great.. 10min to Bari Centrale train station, city center just around the corner Great value for money. Communication with the hosts was good, through a whatsapp group they created. Regarding the place itself, it depends very much on your expectations. The accommodation is located into an old house with 3 rooms - 2 with a common bathroom on the hallway and the other with private bathroom. It has common spaces- the kitchen and livingroom. During our stay the other two rooms were occupied by two 60+ couples- in the nights they were fully occupying the kitchen - socializing,drinking wine.. but fortunately they went to bed rather early.. otherwise, the walls are very thin, so we were lucky that we did not have any noisier guests sharing the space.. we spent all our days out, just came home in the night for a shower and sleep, therefore for us it was really great

First, the check-in was possible only at 15:00, we arrived in Italy at 9 am, it was a lot of time to stay outside in the sun with the luggage. Second, there was no AC in the room which made it impossible to stay in the room at the afternoon. The shared bathroom was an awful experience, the staff couldn’t convince the other guests to keep the bathroom clean after they used it.

The location was the main advantage.

This accommodation is a 3 bedroom apartment where each room is rented out. You share facilities and have no idea who else is in the apartment at anyone time. The owners are not there and it is not sold as this. Sharing fridge and bathroom etc. noise. Not safe environment. I am still waiting for a refund as it was not safe. Mould on the walls and I left. I stay and book many places throughout the year and don’t like to give a bad review but this room should not be available as an apartment.

The bathroom is flooding. I couldn’t normally take a shower. Water wasn’t going out, so I had to remove all excess water from the bathroom with my towel. If that problem will be fixed facility would be good.

We got a room facing the road, and weekend nights can get quite noisy. But we were two tired people who crashed on a comfortable bed, so we did just fine.

The room was spacious and cozy, check-in was easy with a very supportive and connected staff, and the room had everything for a good night's stay. The shared bathroom was really clean and didn't cause problems even though the other two rooms were occupied. Good location with lots of restaurants and bars around.
