The only bad thing I can possibly think of is that the elevator can only handle one person at a time, but the stairs are a comfortable and quick option.

Beautiful room in a beautiful location. All the amenities listed are of exceptional quality, there is no trickery or technicality, it's all really good. It felt like home in a really good way.

Taking a shower is an adventure. The water temperature is permanently changing from extremely hot to cold even without touching it. Considering that, I would strongly recommend putting showers with thermostats which can keep the water temperature constant.

I didn’t love that the shower backed up a bit.

The location was prime and it was very clean. You could seriously see the Colosseum right outside! Loved that it had a gelato & pastry place along with a cafe downstairs. Having a fountain right outside was also lovely. The property manager Lorenzo was incredible at communicating with us. He included area information and was always available. The lady onsite that helped us check-in and also cleaned was the sweetest and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom needs a bit of renovation. Everything was working ok; we had hot water and shower gel and shampoo provided.

The suites are well located near Colloseum. There are three supermarkets nearby. The room was large and nice decorated. Alessio replyed prompt on any questions. There are nice bars, tratorrias and prizzeria in the areas. The room is good isolated with double glazing. If you sleep with windows open, there is noisy from street and piazetta. There is a kettle and coffee machine in the room. The A/C is working properly. The room was very clean - the cleaning lady is very nice!

The room was quite noisy. Noise from other rooms, the stairwell and the square. The bed is very firm and on the small side. The shower is very small, I am not a big person and I had difficulty moving around in the shower.

The host is amazing, helpful and informative. The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to major attractions.

The room was very clean and cozy. It is a bit smaller that I thought (so if you have a big luggage you will need to put under the bed) but overall it has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. I was contacted ahead of time for all the instructions of how to get into the hotel. It was excellent communication! Lorenzo helped me with instructions about the train stations and other places i needed to go! Location is great! 5 minutes walking distance to the Coliseum (you literally see it from the front door of the hotel) and 10 minutes from the train station! Several really good restaurants in the same street and you have the Monti plaza right next to it with a nice fountain!

Not that I would have watched TV but it didn’t work. Also I don’t think the air conditioning was working in the room as it never felt that cold air was coming out of it even when I changed the settings. It seemed to just billow air as a fan. Other than that the place was great

This property was absolutely amazing. The location was incredible, one stop away from the central station in the heart of Monti making it an easy walk to a lot of the sights including the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Vibrant neighbourhood with countless great restaurants and cool shops. The host Alessio was brilliant, great communication from him and also provided me with some amazing recomendations for bars and restaurants. Cannt recommend this proprty enough. Thankyou again Alessio!

This was my favorite hotel of my entire Italy trip. The location was perfect. I could see the Colosseum as soon as I walked out the door. It was a 6 minute walk away. I could see the square from my window. I spent time sitting at the fountain eating and people watching. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby. The room was beautiful and clean. The host was super helpful. I would recommend this to anyone.

Small suggestion: refresh paint in the bathroom.

Awesome location, nice room for 3, cleaning everyday, a/c, good soundproof windows so even with traffic and people under the window it was quite. Bonus: great gelato and bar for breakfast just below the suite. Also, elevator for older people.

We has a wonderful stay in Piazzetta de' Monti Suites. Room is facing a piazza with a fountain. Very close to Coliseum. Metro station is right around the corner. The room was very clean, had all the conveniences, even sleepers.
