Request for extra beds was not responded to. The air conditioning was not sufficient for the property, which made for an uncomfortable sleep.

Excellent location, traditional style apartments, large wooden beams and floors, extended balcony to seat 4 comfortably. Delicious ground coffee and stove top coffee maker! Apart from air conditioning, everything else was excellent.

The apartment had a lot of light switches, but we didn’t find any light switch on the mezzanine to turn off the light. Also the bed lamps were not working, so we used the flashlight on our mobiles to go upstairs. The shower is in the bath, but there is a gap between the bath rim and the glass shower “door”. So be careful how you place the shower head or the bathroom will be flooded (we luckily found some extra towels to clean it up). No blinds on 2 windows, so not completely dark during the night.

Location is excellent, middle of new town with shops and bars. Also close to old town and public transport (train,bus). Very nice terrace with lovely view. Apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. Not really modern, but there is airco and the apartment is really spacious. Good matress! Owner is very quick to respond to questions and we really liked that we could store our luggage after check out. Good instructions also on how to check in.

Although the value is excellent for the money, a few repairs should be made so that everything would be perfect.

Excellent location a few minutes from Cita Alta, the center, the train station, close to the airport. Excellent value for money. The apartment is very spacious, very cozy, with two bathrooms perfect for a family with children or for two couples

As mentioned above, if you look for the modern apartment you might be a bit disappointed, but if you reviewed the pictures you shouldn't be surprised. From my perspective, nothing to complain about.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Everything needed for short stay was in it. It is fair to say that the apartment is not so modern, a bit old, although it wasn't issue for use. Having coffee and tea to use was nice. Apartment is located close to the city center, short walk from the old city. The area was quiet and safe.

The host provided us very good instructions to reach the accomodation. The apartment was very spacious. We liked that the apartnent had 2 bathrooms, one with a bath tub and another with a shower cabin. We had everything we needed for a one night stay

City/Tourist tax has been requested to be left on the table by cash (luckily we had some change with us).

Owner is communicative and friendly. Location is great and we received videos and pictures of how to access the apartment. The flat is spacious and we liked the wooden ceiling. Optional parking around the block was offered, but we found alternative parking solution. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and will be looking forward to book again when re-visiting Bergamo.

This time the apartment (different that the one from our previous stay) seemed a bit old in terms of equipment (leakage problems at the toilet, also the furniture, sofa, door etc).

Good location, close to everything, 2nd time we stay here. The apartments are quite big.

Only lack of night lamps in the second bedroom.

The location is in the centre, 5 minutes to Teatro Donizetti, 10 minutes to train station on foot. The apartment is big for Italy, very comfortable, with two bathrooms. Individual heater. Lift.

You need to be very careful when booking, from the pictures you might think it’s the superior room with the terrace, instead we had an quite old room, the toilet was not working, the window also.

Mattress in number 1 has a dip in it, needs a new one , whilst me and my sister were going to sleep sliver fish next to my head on the pillow and when I looked down at the floor noticed all the cracks between the wood see how dirty it was in the cracks could do with a hoover as didn’t go down well after screaming then a man banging on the door really loud and scaring us all considering there was 3 women alone in a room, also the lamp next to the bed had two chewing gum stuck under the lamp which wasn’t nice to see, but I would stay again and recommend it if the little faults were sorted x

Lovely layout of number 1 and number 3 very Italian , balcony’s were a plus and beds were made and extra shower supplements were a bonus, would stay again.

Perfect location for one night stay, check-in went smoothly without direct contact. We loved interior and style of the apartment, looked cation is super convenient for sightseeing as well as for overnight stay.
