What a beautiful, comfortable and stylish place in the center of a lovely Old Town. Best of all, the proprietor and staff. Everyone was so genuinely caring and helpful. Stefano actually drove me to an appointment I had outside the town, offering to do that when I asked for directions . Then waited for me and dropped me at the train station. And the breakfast is outstanding! The room had a pretty seating area, a small fridge, and even cloth napkins with the tea kettle.

Petrantiche is a dispersed hotel and we found it was absolutely top quality. We visited Putignano for the Carnivale and our room was very convenient for all the attractions. Stefano the owner, was so helpful and informative nothing was too much trouble. We booked a room with its own jacuzzi bath and sauna which we used each day to relax after all the activity we did.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

This was the highlight of our trip. The apartment was above and beyond! So spacious and beautifully appointed. There were 3 floors, the floor has an steam room with lounge chais, music and massage tables if you chose to reserve a treatment. Stefano was our first contact and he was pleasant ping and always helpful. The breakfast which was included in the stay was in a lovely dining room, a quick offer of coffee of your choice, yogurt with granola, fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, HB eggs, and freshly baked breakfast cakes. If I could award more stars, I would! A very memorable stay at this beautiful apartment!

The hotel is made of several apartments spread within walking distance in the historic part of Putignano. First, this is a great opportunity to experience life as a local, and no classic hotel gives you that. Second, the apartment we had was sparkling clean, with a comfy bed and all the amenities, including a hot tub inside one of the bathrooms. On top of this, communication with the staff was excellent and their problem solving policy proved fast and excellent. Breakfast was very good and included many traditional dishes. Had an excellent time!

I had a wonderful stay at Petrantiche Albergo Diffuso in Putignano! This charming bed and breakfast is tucked away in the historic center, and it beautifully captures the essence of this quaint Italian town. The rooms are tastefully decorated, blending modern comfort with traditional design. I especially loved the stone walls and cozy atmosphere. The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh pastries, local cheeses, and coffee that got each morning off to a great start. The location is perfect for exploring the town on foot, with several restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. It’s also a great base for day trips to nearby spots in Puglia like Alberobello and Polignano a Mare. I highly recommend Petrantiche for anyone looking for a unique, authentic, and relaxing stay in Putignano!

Extraordinary! Location in the middle of the old town with amazing rooftop terrace. Apartment was fresh like new. Really well equipped with gorgeous design. Mood lighting, comfy bed. Stefano was really kind, gave us a tour around the apartment. Helped with the luggage, and all the necessary information about the town and places that we should visit. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Petrantiche was amazing and we truly felt cared for by their staff. We stayed in a room with the hot tub and it was exceptional! Everything, including their amazing restaurant recommendations like Premiata Pizzeria, was within walking distance. However, the highlight was undoubtedly their delicious focaccia, making breakfast an experience we were eagerly anticipating! Choosing Petrantiche for our honeymoon was a splendid decision, and we wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone seeking a romantic getaway.
