The stuff can be more friendly but their are professional. The cabinet on my bathroom was a little broken and stay opened so was a little annoyed while I used the sink.

The beds are extremely hard.

Amazing location, beautiful views and very well connected to surrounding areas. Rooms a good size although a bit dated. Not too far from the airport. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, bonus of free parking.

Unfortunately no iron available but this isn’t specific to this hotel, it seems to be a health and safety regulation in Italy.

The view is beautiful

The location is good very close to the best golf club , but the food in restaurants is quite disappointing very small quantity and the taste not good , better to eat outside

Quite remote You would find it an issue if you didn’t have transport. You definitely need a car to get to beaches, restuarants etc

The walkway from the room up to the car parking was dirty and there were puddles of water that you had to walk through.

I loved the garden, pool and restaurant area. The views are amazing, even from the room I had.

Air conditioning was not working well at all. They told us nothing they could do. So bad, we were sweating at night and could not sleep well. Pool needed cleaning in afternoon

Nothing really, all was very good. Place could do with a lick of paint if I was being really picky!

Staff gave us an upgrade to a lovely big room with great bathroom. Pool area is great with sunny views of the bay below where you can watch all the huge yachts moored up! Generous breakfast with lots of delicious options.

-The only downside I would say is that you need a car to make the most of the stay because you would want to explore the beaches around the area and also go out for dinner in the different restaurants in the area. -In terms of breakfast, there is one thing they can improve, provide some more variety of products and also fresh fruit cut.

-I spent 3 nights in the hotel with my partner and we loved every second of our stay. We would have stayed longer if we could. It's a classy hotel, with good standards and a lovely atmosphere. It's perfect for a romantic stay with your partner. -The location is perfect to explore Costa Esmeralda. The main beaches are very close in a car drive. -The views of the bay from the room and the swimming pool are just outstanding. They are worth every penny. -Breakfast is great (cakes and croissants are delicious) and you can enjoy amazing views from the restaurant, with the sun shining, to start the day with a smile. -The beds are really comfortable and we enjoyed a good rest. -We had a room with swimming pool and sea views, which I recommend. We had a little balcony which was lovely to enjoy too. -The common areas and the surroundings (garden, bar area, swimming pool...) are very well looked-after and beautiful. -They have an infinity swimming pool which is lovely too and they provide towels. -There is parking inside the hotel, which is very helpful because you would need a car to stay there. -Staff was friendly and attentive, which is always appreciated. Just an example, one morning we were waiting outside the restaurant on a sofa because our room was being cleaned. A member of the staff came to offer us a drink while waiting without us requesting it. It was a lovely gesture!

The wifi is a disaster that is why I put a low rating for people coming from abroad a good wifi is crucial, I spent a fortune as my phone was constantly on roaming due to the poor wifi , the breakfast could very improved as the fruit was very poor we are in summer it was full of oranges and apples that nobody consumed and a few apricots that last 2 minutes as it is the only summer fruit. The hotel has a great view and the rooms are comfortable, the shower is tiny and the decoration in general looks old

On one day there was a wedding in the hotel - we made other plans, would have been helopful to know before we arrived.

Location and view are both stunning!The staff are the best we have ever come across - friendly but not over-invasive, attentative etc. Food - breakfast and main evening meals - both fabulous.

Beautiful lobby and hotel, room a bit dated, great location, pool tucked away from the wind (relevant to our stay) and friendly staff. The restaurant was very good as well.
