Unfortunately no self laundry for guests. Local laundry charges €4 per shirt, Not dry cleaned just washed.

My room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed my private terrace also. The free croissant and tea in the afternoons was a thoughtful touch.

The reception/breakfast area wasn’t very cozy, but luckily, we could have breakfast in the courtyard. The bar counter next to the reception (serving alcohol in the evening and coffee in the morning), however, was quite charming! The garage was tight, and it was tricky driving down the ramp. The surrounding area wasn’t particularly pleasant, but we just stayed one night so maybe there was more to discover. And in Milan you could easily move around and see other areas. We were recommended a new restaurant nearby, Gatto Bianco, but it was a bit too "modern, trying to be fancy but didn’t quite succeed" for our taste.

The reception responded quickly when we contacted them via Booking.com! An amazing breakfast! Lots of options, and the barista made coffee (a wonderful cappuccino) and brought it out to us. We sat in the courtyard and enjoyed our meal. After breakfast, there were “free croissants” at the reception, a great way to avoid food waste! Our room (and one more that we could see) had a small patio with chairs and a table. You can probably request that when booking. Clean and spacious room with good storage and comfortable beds. Private parking was available. Just around the corner, there’s a cozy wine bar, Enoteca LM (with cold dishes like cheese and charcuterie platters), definitely worth a visit!

The shower had mold because of the tiles that they selected. The rest of the room was very clean.

Better quality/thicker hand and bath towels are definitely required. Drying hands with a towel that feels like a dining table cloth or restaurant serviette isn’t great.

Too noisy, and I had trouble with the cleaning.

It was quite close to the center, and it was clean. The noises were a bit too much, so that can cause some trouble.

The room was spacious, but cold and not really cosy. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was ok, not too much choice but for a short stay is quite fine. 15 min taxi drive from the railway station, a 10 min walk to tram and even less to a trolleybus stop. Good variant for a short stay.

Hotel is located in a quiet area, within walking distance from Duomo (around 30 min). I liked the bed, bathroom. I also had a terrace in the room but didn't use it since it was cold outside. I didn't take breafasts, there are several cafes and restaurants close by.

The hotel was so exceptionally kind They forgave my mistake with wrong reservation and allow me to stay week later. On top gave me lovely room with big terrace. Really gem in the heart of Milan
