Poor breakfast. No elevator. You have to go down 2 flights of stairs. Noisy after 11 pm, the restaurant is above and they are closing up. At 7 am again it was noisy . No bidet in the bathroom.

Google only shows that you can reach restaurant only by walk which is at the hill top. But there are buses which runs from Marina Grande to Capri central which only takes 10 mins to reach the hotel.

It’s very central to Capri, the location was amazing with lots of good restaurant and scenic views.

The shower was very small with a curtain instead of a stall. It was hard to shower without it clinging to you. Beds were very hard.

It was very close to everything, including the cable car to get down to the bottom. Staff was fantastic including the restaurant upstairs. Thank you for a great time!

the location was perfect in downtown Capri! everything was very walkable. it was conveniently located next to the bus stop. our room had a beautiful ocean view.

Hotel is in the centre of Capri. Easy to get. Take cable car up to the centre. When you exit walk 60m to the right. Entrance of the hotel is the same as the restaurant's entrance.

Staff is excellent. Incredibly friendly, kind and competent. Restaurant is also amazing.

Expensive for what the room offered. Fridge not working, kettle would have been appreciated, shower curtain-water went out of the shower while showering making a mess

The walls are thin and you can hear everything from the rooms beside you. The toilet flushes really loud and the shower is small

The location is the best!!! It’s in the center of Capri town and there is a bus stop and a taxi service right outside the hotel. The breakfast is small but satisfying

Hotel staff were amazing, restaurant staff were a little disrespectful. Otherwise a lovely experience.

Location was perfect. Waking up to the Seaview daily made us very happy.

Lack of choice with breakfast. We had an issue checking in, one member of staff said to come back for 12pm to check in and then on return we were told we couldn’t check in till 2pm so we were left waiting around.

The location was perfect! The view from the balcony was the like a postcard!

There a few steps but then again it's capri.

Location was perfect. I liked was able to leave luggage till room was ready and staff went out of there way, I had handle coming off my suitcase and when came back for check in they fixed it. When I go back will stay here again.

Breakfast was only sugar and gluten :( But I guess it is typical in Italy, so Im sorry to even complain. Plus the buns were really tasty.

Great location, magnificent view from the window. You are literally at the heart of Capri town. Friendly staff. I would stay again.

Amazing! All the staffs were friendly. Nice food, nice view and the Valentina’s husband did a boat trip with us. He has a amazing boat. Everything perfect, this hotel is a really dream!!

The room was damp. The elder waiter for dinner in the restaurant was snooty.

Good breakfast, excellent location, nice and helpful personnel at the reception. Excellent food in the restaurant.

The sheets weren't changed for all our 5 days stay. Very bad smell coming from the toilet. The breakfast was and I quote "italian, not european" s-o it only consists of one croissant person and one coffee per person, orange/pineapple juice, biscuits, Nutella and Jam. Very poor!

The hotel was în central square of Capri, very close to bus station, foniculare and nice restaurants. The towels were changed and the bed was made everyday. The room had a balcony with nice view. Cheap price for Capri and location Room looks like the pictures with ok furniture.
