‏The internet was a bit weak.

The hosts are very kind and friendly, which made our stay enjoyable. The apartment is on a quiet street but very close to everything (by car). Breakfast is simple but very tasty and filling. We really enjoyed riding the bikes (which the hosts offer for free) in the evenings.

Excellent accomodation, excellent breakfast - everything was in perfect condition. Owners are amazing, super friendly and always willing to help. They provided bikes & lockers that allowed us to experience entire Sirmione. Good parking. 10/10 - would revisit again!

Low wifi at the room, lots of bugs at night from the vineyard so we had to keep them closed

An amazing stay, view to the vineyards of the local lugana wine. The staff was awesome, absolutely amazing, especially the receptionist stefano was super nice and informative, great beakfast with the best coffee of stefano! It felt like they are a family and we were their guests.

The host was so helpful, kind, felt like visiting good friends.Room was so nice, clean and well equipped. We had separate entrance. Breakfast was so excellent, homemade delicious cakes, amazing coffee served, pancakes, omelette and etc. You can take bikes to ride around Sirmione, they offer for free. We are so pleased and happy for thier hospitality 🫶👏

The host is very helpful and incredibly kind person. He helped me to call the taxi when I was late to arrive at the train station. Breakfast was excellent and he makes delicious cappuccino! They provide bikes for free so I was able to ride the bike to visit the old town in Sirmione. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who is planning to have a trip here! Thank you for your hospitality during my stay:)

location is very close to the small beaches, however the downside is that it is very far from the historic centre which can be close if travelled either by bike or bus but buses hours aren’t the best.

From my booking I was expecting to have a patio. I understand from speaking with the staff that a patio is available only for some rooms based on availability, but I did not realise this when booking through this platform. I was still very happy with my room though.

The bed mattress needs updating.

The hospitality and breakfast were excellent and it was nice to have bikes to explore Sirmione. The location was perfect for exploring either side of lake Garda. The hotel parking was hidden and very secure. It seemed to be a wonderful family operation.
