Amazing decor! Great location and helpful staff.

We knew there would be stairs and the room was small when we booked, howe we, this did not bother us at all. The staff, location and free supply of food were amazing. We walked everywhere as the hotel's location was perfect

This hotel was outstanding. In such a great position, walking around to all the major attractions no more then 20 minutes. Wonderful cafes/restaurants below with great food. Not far from a piazza with lots of places to eat or sit and have a drink and people watch. As others have mentioned the food provided was exceptional. There were lots of things we wouldn’t eat but lots we would. Fresh fruit, crackers, rice cakes, cheese, yoghurt plus many more items. These were replenished each day. Would definitely stay again. It is a little hard to find so photos attached to help. The plaque with the hotel name is on the street walk through the dome entrance and just on the left are gates with another plaque. Press the buzzer and they will let you in.

The staff was helpfull and nice, the hotel itself is very beautifull and the room is clean, equpped with everything you"ll need. Overall i recommend this hotel.

The location is unbeatable as it allows you to explore most of the touristic attractions on foot. The historical site that can be seen from the window also deserves praise. The complimentary food supply in the room/fridge is very diverse and it's definitely convenient to have.

The room could be a tad bigger. During your stay, upon leaving your room, you had to drop the key at reception and you had to always rely on receptionists to let you in. There is 24/7 concierge service so it was never a problem, just something unusual.

Improve entering for the guests. Declare that the breakfest is in the room and the guests need to make breakfest by them self...

The decor of this hotel was absolutelyamazing , so authentic. The staff was exceptional. Many thanks to the lady at the reception desk( my apologies I not even asked your name) The location was the best you could have to visit Rome,just 3 minutes walk to Pantheon or Campo dei Fioro. Bus stop is just in front of it! So many good things about this place so many details about which I hope not to forget to mention! Alots of nice toiletries like shampoo, shower gel, soap. Plus slippers, ear plugs ,ear phones! The massage chair plus the foot massage machine and hidromasage one were a huge and good surprise! We used them all.many congratulations for the person who had this idea! And the top thing is the amount of food they provide as "breakfast ". You have actually a fridge full of so soo mamy tasty things like cheese, prosciutto crude or cotto, hotdogs, yogurts, different kind of desserts, tuna pate,salmon pate. And then a lot of jars with mushrooms, courgette, artichokes, papers filled with tuna, chicken cans,meat can. So many croissants,foccacia, bread, sweets,coffe , drinks like crodino,juices ,proseco,water. Tea and high quality of coffee pods! I cannot thanks enough for providing all of this!

I liked everything so much,I didn't like that I had to leave so quick! Many many thanks for everyone,the Ower,receptionist, housekeeper ( very clean place) and everyone working there!

Wonderful welcome. Room amazing. Shower/toilet a little snug, but we dont spend a lot of time in there. Bed totally to my liking. Room wonderfully furnished for an authentic Italian experience. View amazing. Location perfect.

The location was great and the bed was comfortable. The staff was kind and very helpful.

This hotel seemed quaint but was so cluttered and over the top it was hard to feel comfortable in it. It was also impossible to feel like it was clean due to the amount of decor and items everywhere. The food items, while meant to be thoughtful, just added to the clutter and uneasiness of the room. There was also no elevator and the rooms are 4 stories up. We wanted something unique but this was too much.

Annette was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Give that lady a raise! The hotel was in close proximity to places of interest. Well stocked refrigerator and bathroom. Grateful for your hosting. See you soon.

The staff where very helpful and friendly ready to answer any concerns we had warning us about the pickpockets around Rome which was really helpful as another guest staying there wasn’t so lucky would highly recommend this place as it’s central to all the locations you will be wanting to visit during your stay

Friendly check in and welcome, plenty of food options and cooking methods in your room, but no breakfast service.

If, like me you dislike busy decor and excessive clutter this hotel may not be for you. From weaving through the check in area without a spare foot of floor space to an exceptionally crammed room with not an inch to spare. I Wasn’t impressed having to feed the family for breakfast every morning from the vast variety of meats, cakes, yoghurts, breads, etc etc in the fridge supplied. I was impressed with the unique toaster that accepted two bun halves and two hot dogs at the same time !! Our son enjoyed the massage chair squeezed between the beds daily but it was just something else to stub my little toe on.

Exceptional location, staff and rooms. Really unique and we loved it! Don’t stay anywhere else in Rome!

The property was in a brilliant location close to everything within walking distance including mini-marts, bars & restaurants. A beautiful, old, Italian building with quintessential decor throughout. It’s extremely secure and the front desk is manned 24/7. The bed & pillows in the room were really comfortable and there was a massage chair & foot massager which we definitely made use of after long days walking around the city. The room has an array of food items all included within the price so you don’t have to worry about breakfast / snacks including meats, cheeses, fruit, yoghurts, coffee, croissants, bread etc. Upon arrival we were gifted a bottle of wine and upon leaving a lovely artisan bag of pasta! The staff were so friendly and warm which made the whole experience 5*. We would recommend to anyone visiting Rome for an authentic and homely stay.

The staff were incredibly attentive and kind. The room was filled with thoughtful details. I've never stayed at a hotel run by such generous people. The location was also excellent, within walking distance of most places. Çalışanlar
