I was pleasantly surprised that we got a room with amazing view over the Vipiteno town for such a nice price. I liked the room, the view and the breakfast.

Slight concern when trying to find the property that we were in the wrong area. It was so high up the hillside. We should have trusted our sat nav. 😂

If you want to have dinner you need to go downtown. The road to the bnb is also very small and windy so better be careful

The place is far away from the village with a small road, which was not a problem for us, as we prefer walking in the mountains.

Fantastic basic accommodation with a breathtaking view of the mountain. The room was really nice and with ample space for three. The balcony was a highlight. Breakfast was also superb and served with a view of the mountains

The roads are quite narrow to get there so a bit difficult in our car.

We had a comfortable room with an exceptional view over Vipiteno and down the valley. There is a fixed menu for dinner but they were able to provide a vegetarian alternative.

The location and the view are absolutely stunning. What impressed me even more though, was the way the property is being maintained. While this is "a simple B&B", the level of cleanliness was on a level only a few 5 star hotels are able to maintain. Truly impressive! Breakfast was another pleasant surprise: while the selection is not extremely wide, the quality of cakes, bread and everything else was simply perfect. Much better than I would have expected. Lastly, the team was really friendly and pleasant to chat with and the price they were charging at the busiest moment of the whole year was absolutely fair. A warm recommendation in every aspect!

I liked everything.

It was located on the mountain, but not too high and close to Vipiteno city. It was easy to access. The family room was huge, it was like a 3 bedroom apartment with a a big and comfortable bathroom. Great view from the windows. The owners were very kind and welcoming.

We had a great time! Martin and his wife were so kind and accommodating. Breakfast was included. The dinner was not included in the room rate, but it was worth not having to leave and search for a good restaurant. It was delicious... bread, 2 meals of a pasta and meat/veg, desert, and water/coffee. They also had toboggans we got to use for free, and we could walk less than 10 minutes to sledge down the bottom third of the trail. Then we took the cable car back up to the top to go again. It was so much fun! The apartment was very clean, spacious and served our needs. I highly recommend!

The view of vipiteno fr the room was amazing , Breakfast was good , Room was very clean. Wi-Fi was very good. There is no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor so the owner helped with the luggage.

Very pleasant guest house up the hill from Vipiteno. Great view. Good dinner (which was provided even though we hadn't booked) and breakfast. They went out of their way to help me charge my Electric Car overnight on the mains, which was very much appreciated

Well because of the location there wasn't any where else to walk to & after a long drive did not want to go all the way down again into the town. We were told on arrival that there was no restaurant even though fully advertised on Booking.com. This was totally unacceptable and needs to be changed as is actually misleading clients. This was not just for that evening it is all the time. Future bookers need to be aware of this!!!!!! Not acceptable

The location was stunning but came with a nervous drive up essentially a mountain side with a one track road!!
