Nothing not to like!

Beautiful penthouse with a great location. The host was so helpful and nice. A perfect place to stay if you are planning a trip to Reggio. Already thinking of going back, and will defenately stay here again!

Our whole stay was marvellous.

Our family of 3 couples stayed with Lorenzo for 3 nights. Every room was styled fabulously quirky and retro. Interesting features everywhere. Lorenzo would have to be the friendliest and most helpful host we’ve ever experienced. He gave us tips for good restaurants and a nice beach to visit by train. The bathrooms were modern and very clean. The beds were comfortable.

Very original interiors! Mini bar prices pitched at a level that you aren't scared to grab a drink and enjoy on the balcony.

Uphill walk to get there. But then, everything is uphill from the lungomare.

Comfortable bed, huge terrace. Two good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms with excellent showers. Daily maid service, free coffee, and a fully stocked honour fridge with prices equal to those on the stores. Friendly and helpful host.

Amazing apartment, sparkling clean, great view and close to anything you want. Super helpful host, and a biiiig bonus to the garage. It can be quite challenging to find a parking spot.

The breakfast was at a coffee shop (bar) down the street--less than a 5 minute walk. There was instant coffee in the lobby area, but I would have loved a Nespresso machine or something else.

I was blown away by this place. It is well appointed and very comfortable. The rooms are stylish and a great value. It is well located to explore Reggio Calabria. For Italy, the shower was larger than most, which was very nice. There is a small balcony, which I enjoyed. There is no view, except other buildings, but I liked being able to have a coffee or glass of wine outside. The host was friendly and helpful with suggestions.

This is an exceptional property, it’s well proportioned and spotlessly clean, but the main attraction is Lorenzo the host who is friendly and helpful and very personable. We were a family with 2 teenagers. This property is really suitable for families.

now there is a breakfast at a bar and not at the b&b which I would have prefered. I never went to the bar so I can't say something about the breakfast there.

the owner is very nice and gives a lot of information. room was super modern and comfy and also the balcony was nice. I liked it a lot. option of making tea and coffee. a lot of privacy. just 5-10 minutes to the center! would recommend!

It was a short one night stay— it should have been longer to see the city.

The host was very gracious and accommodating when glitches happen 😊. The rooms were the best equipped we have encountered on our trip—plenty of outlets, shelves, hooks where needed. Lorenzo was a great help in recommending restaurants, and transport. it was a lovely stay and we thank our host.

Lorenzo was warm, welcoming, and very helpful upon our arrival. His enthusiasm is infectious! The unit was exceptionally clean, well designed, and appointed. it was very quiet in the center of Reggio Calabria.
