Located near Piazza Umberto, the heart of Capri, Pazziella was delightful! The rooms were cosy and beautiful, as were the gardens and pool. The gourmet breakfast was the perfect start to each day. The staff delighted in making our stay on Capri exceptional. We loved Pazziella!

Everything was amazing! We were celebrating my husbands birthday and they definitely made our stay extra special. We had a family room booked but got an upgrade at check-in and the room had a nice view! From the easy checkin, the easy communication via wattsapp, the breakfast set up, the rooms! Everything was spot on and absolutely gorgeous and clean. The decor was stunning and location was perfect which had 2 entries which made it easy to get to the main Piazza. Don't hesitate booking this place. Definitely worth every penny and we and the kids (14 & 9) loved the whole vibe and the pool had a nice temperature.

Shuttle from port to hotel should be included, as we saw it was for many other 5 stars, and AT LEAST the luggage pick up should be included, not 20€ for every single piece of luggage, including purses or backpacks.

Nice quite location 5min from main lively Capri square. Beautiful room and bathroom. Lovely welcome explanation and cocktail. Should have free luggage or shuttle pick up from port.

Felt that there weren't a lot of amenities for it being a 5 star hotel, and for the price. For example, no gym (they had a small outdoor one with a few machines and weights), and very small pool with limited hours.

Staff very friendly, great breakfast, nice location in Capri town (5min walking from funicular), very clean and nicely decorated room, comfy bed and pillows, strong Wifi. Make sure you share your travel/ ferry plans with the staff, as they can monitor ferry statuses for you! I wish we did that, as they would've helped us know immediately that our morning ferry to Ischia was cancelled and helped us rebook.

Stunning Hotel in a great location. Wonderful staff with excellent communication. Beautiful pool area surrounded by lovely gardens and mature trees. On arrival we were welcomed by Federica who checked us in and provided a lovely cold drink - this was very much appreciated as it was a hot day! We were upgraded to a larger room with a separate bedroom and lounge area - a lovely surprise! The accommodation was absolutely gorgeous! Breakfast was delicious - eggs made to order as well as pancakes and various other hot options. The buffet offered yoghurt, cereal, cold meats, fruit juice cakes and fresh fruit. Coffee made to order. A lovely way to start the day. Staff provide funicular tickets and organise the luggage porter service if required. Federica was amazing - offering her assistance and providing information on the ferry as we we were unsure if the ferries would be cancelled due to the weather. This was very reassuring and made for a relaxing stay on Capri. Thank you so much Federica. Everything was amazing - a lovely tranquil oasis on Capri!

There wasn’t much we could complain about, the stay was great.

Wonderful boutique hotel in the center of Capri, with direct access to both the two shopping streets. Peaceful garden with a small plunge pool. Great breakfast was included. Staff was super helpful organising trips and reserving restaurants and beach clubs.

All staff are very friendly and very helpful. Thanks to Mari, the front desk manager, and Massimiuano for their professional help to make sure that I and my family have a wonderful time in Capri as everything was organised on time and perfect. Thanks to them and all the wonderful staff, we are super happy, and we will definitely come again. The room was very comfortable and the food was delicious, but the best thing was the location of the hotel as it had two different entrances to two different streets. Also the hotel has a nice swimming pool for young kids.
