The location is excellent and our stay was very comfortable. The rooms were clean, and the landlord and kandlady were attentive and kind. The only remark concerns the parking area, which requires some care to avoid blocking and/or scratching other cars. However, it is free, and overall our experience was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Nothing is to complain about

Everything was perfect, clean, spacious accommodation with beautiful sea views from the balcony, well equipped kitchen that we could share with the other guests. Appartments are very close to Sorrento 10 min by bus. The owner Mariano is such lovely, friendly person who made us feel very welcomed ensuring we had comfort and relaxing atmosphere during our stay. Some food was provided so we could have it throughout the day. Mariano brought us fresh bakery every morning and gave us a lift to Sorrento. He makes delicious breakfast on Sundays with tomatoes from his own garden and mozzarella. Thank you so much

Everything was brilliant! Such a highlight of our holiday staying here and being so well looked after by Mariano. Highly recommend staying here as you get so much out of your stay, which you wouldn’t usually at a standard hotel. Mariano went above and beyond, recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed and nothing was too much of an ask! Mariano is super helpful and a great laugh! The apartment is beautiful and you feel like a local as it’s located in such a beautiful spot with breath taking views. 10/10 pizza is downstairs which is an added bonus! The apartment has everything and more of what you would need for a stay. A walk into Sorrento or take the local bus - Mariano was so informative on where to go and how to get there which was fantastic!

This was by far our best experience ever in terms of accommodation and host. It completely felt like home all thanks to Mariano that helped us with everything, from providing information on public transportation, destinations, restaurants to giving us rides and always keeping in touch to make sure all was going fine and we were ok. Truly, all the experience was lifted by these "small" things and we leave Sorrento knowing that we want to come back and we can always reach Mariano :) In terms of the accommodation and facilities we stayed in the room with a magnificent pool which was super relaxing, everything was clean, we had plenty of towels and enough shower products. The kitchen was well-equipped for us to cook lunch and dinner and even though they don't serve breakfast the kitchen is filled with croissants, toasts, cereal and you have a coffee/cappuccino machine. We will definitely come back :)Thank you again

Mariano was extremely helpful and kind. He made our stay so comfortable and wanted us to experience the best possible. We loved the bonus of the pool in our room, it was refreshing to dip into after a long, hot day. It was a must have to have a rental scooter or car in the area but well worth it.

The property was well suited for a group of 4, we loved that it was close to the bus and a little out of town. We felt like we were living in an Italian village with easy access to Sorrento, Positano and the Amalfi Coast. Mariano the host was exceptional, he went out of his way to provide assistance and guidance.

Room a bit small but more than made up by our interaction with and assistance from Mariano and his wife. Nothing else to add, nothing to dislike.

What made our stay at this property so special was its host, Mariano, who picked us up at the train station and graciously drove us to and from Sorrento on multiple occasions - the property location is a few kilometres from downtown Sorrento, the main reason for our visit. Great breakfast, served by Mariano (prepared by him and his wife), a combination of freshly baked bread and traditional breakfast fare, accompanied by fresh made coffee (regular, espresso, etc.). Mariano also served as our tour advisor, sharing his deep knowledge of the Sorrento area (and beyond) with us. The room is a bit small but has a jacuzzi. A pizzeria is located within the building and a really excellent restaurant is only a few footsteps away. Excellent view of the mountains from outside the property. As is the case in so many places in Italy, this area is full of ancient roads/walls and buildings, Staying at this property made it easy for us to explore Sorrento and tour the Amalfi Coast. For us, our stay at Patrizia Casa Vacanze was a highlight of our Italian vacation.

We loved everything 😃 the best experience ever. Mariano is very friendly and helped us with everything. from informing about local buses, the best beaches outside the center The room is beautiful and the swimming pool with hidromassagem is perfect after a long day walking. Everyday we had a different and delicious breakfast with local food, organic tomatoes 🍅😋 , homemade cheese and etc.

The room is simple but good. The bed wasn't the most comfortable and a little bit noisy. On the other hand, the air conditioner and the mini fridge were the quietest we've ever had in our room anywhere.

Mariano is the greatest host we've ever had. He's more than a host, he's a friend. Without him our stay in Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast would not have been the same. The breakfast was delicious and always fresh. He gave us precious tips and organized our visit to Capri for a very reasonable price, lower than the tours offered elsewhere. His restaurant recommendations were amazing, the seafood risotto from Porta Marina was one of the best meals I've ever eaten. And he was always willing to help us by driving us and picking us up especially after the bus services stopped. The grand finale to our stay was Mariano organizing a lift to a festival in Meta, a city nearby, with food, wine, limoncello, a concert and fireworks. He always goes above and beyond to ensure his guests are having a great time during their stay. Salve Mariano, you're the best!

There was nothing we did not like, we wished we could have stayed longer

Everything - the room and village were great, but mainly the owner Mariano and his family who were honestly amazing and welcoming. Mariano went above and beyond to pick us up from the train station and take us to and from Sorrento during our stay as well as giving us many great tips for restaurants, places to visit and much more. The place is clean and the pool is just an additional bonus after long days with a great view. If you are unsure about booking this I promise you that it will be worth it and that you will have easy access to Sorrento and other places whilst having a relaxing place to stay.

Nothing, everything was perfect

Mariano was the perfect host, he helped us a lot during the five days going over and above in his service. He picked us from the train station in the first day, took us into Sorrento for an early Ferry and to deliver the scooter in the last day. Apart from that, every time he saw us always asked how was our day and if we needed additional tips for the day. Regarding the room, it is just like the photos and everything was very clean. In terms of location, it is very well located (just 10min away from Sorrento) and in a perfect spot to visit the amalfi coast given that it is located in a very calm area but still close to a busy town with lots of restarants and things to do. Finally, would like to point out the amazing breakfast that Mariano prepared every morning, super complete and with lots of variety. Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect

If you're in doubt whether to book this stay or not, don't think any further! We were SO happy with our choice, the room was very clean, the location so quiet and our host Mariano was the best in the world! Made us fresh and delicious breakfast every morning, orange juice with oranges from his own garden, drove us to Sorrento and back every day, very responsive and helped us with tips all throughout our stay. He is a wonderful person, so kind, helpful and funny. Anytime he saw us, he greeted us with smiles and laughter, always in a good mood. Overall, just a very special person that we hope to have the pleasure to see again some day. If we're ever back in the area, we won't hesitate to stay here again for sure! We will remember Mariano for the rest of our lives and this is not an exaggeration. I've never met someone like him, go there to see for yourself :) Thank you Mariano and Concetta for everything! You made us feel like family in a home away from home.

Fabulous stay with an amazing host. Mariano goes over and above in his service. Nothing is too much for him. He collected us from the train station and brought us into Sorrento daily for the Ferries and trips. He collected us each evening also. His recommendations were excellent for local visits. He is such a kind person. The breakfasts are excellent from the freshly squeezed orange juice to the local pastries. Would highly recommend Staying with Mariano... Hope to.come back..

Mariano!!! come find him and stay at his place! This is not the typical hotel breakfast either!! most delicious food! he squeezes his own oranges for orange juice. He goes out of his way for you!! He drives you into town and picks you up and changed our flat tire on our rental car. He truly is one of a kind. Just come and stay with Mariano you will thank yourself!
