SloveniaWe were travelling as a family of four, with kids 10 and 13 years of age and we took a quadrouple room. The room was a little too small for us and will rather take two rooms for two people instead. The breakfast could be richer.
We really liked the location, which was easily accesible from highway and a great starting point to explore western Tuscany. Private parking was safely hidden from the street. The room and bathroom were newly refurbished and beautiful. The garden and terrace were really nice.

United KingdomYou can hear everything from other guests, especially as they come back from a night out! A whole group came in around 11pm, & then another group around 3am. All very loud. Not the hotel’s fault exactly, but the floors & doors act like drums to carry sound. No elevator. Poor breakfast. Staff not particularly friendly. Otherwise good enough!

TunisiaWorst hotel to stay in, the staff was very rude since the begining, room was very dirty, no equipements, no air conditiong, no places to park the car, breakfast was like cold coffee and bad smell mini croissant. We tried to make an egg but the owner told that we ate too much and decide to end the service. This is very inacceptable. Staff had a racist attitude also for foreigners. Never come back.

BelgiumThe walls are so thin, you can literally hear everything from the other rooms and corridor. Had to bang on the wall to the room next to me to tell them to stop talking loud to each other and stop making noise it was 01:00 at night by then... it was otherwise impossible to sleep. Pretty sure the other guests also heard everything from room number 8 but didn't take action...
Location, owners, automatic blinds in the room, clean,early check-in.
