The location was perfect as we were travelling to Pompei the next day. We could also start our return journey to the UK from this location, once our day trips had ceased. The staff went above and beyond to provide gluten free meals for my husband, including breakfast and evening meals. My husband and I chose the gluten free spaghetti carbonara which was delicious. No one would know it was gluten free.

While the overall experience was positive, there are a few facilities that could benefit from some updates. We encountered an issue with one of our rooms, but the staff addressed it promptly and handled the situation with great professionalism and fairness.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding staff and the thoughtful, attentive care they provided for our pet, making our stay truly stress-free and comfortable. The location is near a main highway junction, making it suitable for an overnight stay.

Confusion about the inclusion of the breakfast between booking.com reservation and the reality when paying in the hotel. The reception work this out well.

The turnout onto Via Variante Tiberina is treacherous, with no visibility of fast oncoming traffic coming from the left on this road due to overgrown trees/bushes. Almost got into a wreck there. Trim those trees back!

Conveniently located off the motorway. Loved the garden / pool area. Rooms clean and relatively well maintained. Very nice and accommodating staff.

All was fine with the exception of the Wi-Fi, which is super slow or doesn't really work in certain rooms. we had two rooms, it worked in one but not in the other.

The property is quite old and the public areas are quite basic. The location is good as a stop close to Rome, but nothing much to do in the area.

The location is good as stop close to FCO airport. We stayed in a renovated room that was very nice. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

Everything. I love this hotel and have stayed many times before (and will again). The breakfast is superb and the people who serve it are kind and efficient, the hotel grounds are beautiful, there are 4 places to charge e-cars (rapidly), the rooms are huge and very comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities. There is nothing not to like, and the price is excellent.

The dinner offerings at Best Western Fiano Romano are well-prepared and offer good variety, including a set menu option. However, the prices tend to be higher than comparable restaurants in the surrounding area, and the overall quality, while generally good, does not fully justify the cost. Given that this hotel primarily caters to business travelers, the variety and convenience of the on-site dinner menu may still prove beneficial, especially for guests with limited time.

Breakfast is excellent. The buffet offers a wide variety of fresh pastries, breads, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and fruits, all replenished promptly. Hot beverages, including coffee and tea, are readily available, and the serving area is kept clean and well-organized. Beyond breakfast, rooms are notably spacious, feature tasteful decor, and are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. Both reception staff and dinner restaurant staff are friendly, helpful, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.
