Had issues with air conditioner in room which kept switching off. Hotel staff said it was on a timer, twice they came to our room to fix this, but still kept turning off. Ended up sleeping with windows open, and put up with traffic noise from busy street below.

Great location, easy walking to historic centre of Orbetello. Spacious room for two of us. We didn't have any meals at the hotel. Great bar next to hotel for Italian breakfast (coffee and pastry). Found a free parking space near hotel for our rental car.

Near to the strip to Argentario, decent room. Did not have a problem with the flies, but did not really open the window and went during Spring period.

The room was on the lobby floor and it was very noisy! You can hear everything even couples making love wich was disturbing! The shower is very small!

We stayed in one of the rooms on the ground floor , the sound proofing is not great , you can basically hear everything happens in the lobby.

Large enough quadruple room to comfortably accomodate 4 people, impecably clean sheets, good location, friendly staff. Beautiful view on the roof terrace.

I liked it all. They have a lovely rooftop area and I didn't go up there. I feel only feedback would be they could do so much more with that space as its amazing view. Needs some tables and umbrellas - maybe a bar even when it's so hot. I would have sat there enjoying the lagoon view.

The hotel is modern and clean, room was nice. Good location short walk to all the great restaurants - it's a cute town, next to the lagoon for great sunsets and bus stop outside to go to Porto stefano or station. Staff all very friendly and helpful. I rented bike for most of my stay and great value through the hotel and good mountain bikes. There are many amazing routes to cycle with cycle lanes and depending on your cycle level how far and hard you want to go. Beach bracio is just 10-15 minutes on bike all flat so great! Great cycling through the pine trees. Highly recommend it.

All was good.

Good room with all the facilities of a 4-star business hotel. We travelled by bicycles. Had to leave them for the night at the hotel underground parking, which is kept open until midnight. We were quite worried about the bikes, as they were not cheap ones. But no problem at all! Picked them up in the morning and continued out travel.

The room was on a corner and was very small, you could just about move around the bed, there was nowhere to put your suitcase apart from the desk. The view from the window was uninspiring.

The staff were very helpful, the location was good for getting into Orbetello and the bicycle hire was really useful, I would recommend hiring a bike and going along the cycle paths. The bathroom was a good size compared to the bedroom.

Bus service is once per hour at best in May. The hotel is no where near a beach. In fact there are no beaches in Orbetello.

Clean. Quiet. Good continental breakfast for $10 euro-- a good idea to purchase as there aren't any breakfast places nearby open early.

Had to book 2 rooms for our family of 5. Parking was a bit tricky to find a spot.

It was clean and tidy. Close to a group of restaurants. Receptionists were lovely and helpful. Beach down the road which was lovely. Beautiful area.
