Outside made it seem a little creepy. Dirty outside the front. Weird smell outside. Parking lot creepy. Place is quite sterile for such a charming town.

Rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Nice park with river in the back.

Dust removal while cleaning could be a little bit higher as a priority. Also WiFi was pretty slow at some times.

The breakfast had wide choice of all the food and everything I tried was exceptional, both in terms of food and beverages. The hotel was situated in a good area, close to the historical part of the city. Also the stuff was professional and kind.

The room had an air conditioning that was at 25 degrees, I asked at the reception to reduce to 22 degrees. Problem was that the room was very cold and not heated up to 25 degrees. So it was pretty cold during the night. I realuzed too late and did not want to ask again.

24/7 reception. I could arrive late and needed that room urgently. Was easy to access. No further comments

Was a bit loud sometimes from the hallway during the night time, so was a bit difficult to sleep at times.

The staff were very nice and helpful, and the room was very good. The breakfast was also fine! Good value for money. Perfect place to stay for tourists coming to see Call me by your name locations.

My adaptor didn't fit the sockets in the wall, though it worked in other places in Italy. I borrowed an iron from reception and that plug wouldn't fit either! The outside of the hotel looks a bit tired.

Excellent choice for breakfast, good location, new restaurant opened under the hotel which was great and the food & warm welcome there were excellent. The hotel was very clean, WiFi connection good, fridge, TV and air con in room. Bathroom perfect for my needs. Staff were very helpful and all spoke English.

I have no complaints about the room or the Park Residence Hotel.

I did not manage to make it to breakfast, but the menu was posted daily. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff did a fantastic job keeping everything clean within the room and also in the common areas. The property has its own gated parking garage.

Bad phonic insulation : I could hear during the night the traffic and the rain falling as if a window was opened (but I doubled checked that was not the case!) Too thin curtain on 1 window that let the sunlight through, I was woken up by the light (after being woken up by the noise in the night) Air conditioning was not working (and it was hot)

Breakfast was OK with many choice. Room was quite big with a big balcony (but did not enjoyed due to rain)

The hotel is certainly not a 4 star; more like 2. The decor is exceptionally dated and the outside area has peeling plaster and is very grotty. The car park has lots of dumped rubbish. There is no kettle so I asked for one which was provided. When I got back to the room, it didn’t fit any of the sockets. When I went back to reception to explain that the kettle they had provided wouldn’t plug in I was met with surprise that I hadn’t brought the right adapter.

Breakfast was good and the parking was secure.
