This is a fabulous hotel in a very beautiful location with five star staff (this is no exaggeration). It felt like we were visiting family the welcome was so warm. Finale itself is a gem of a place with lots to do, easy travel links - the train station is a 14 minute walk from the hotel. If you are fit, an easy walk and also very inexpensive to get a taxi if the final hill is too much. Being above the town you benefit from the amazing coastal views.

If I really need to nit-pick, the street can get noisy with scooters and the walls aren't the thickest. But there's nothing the staff can do about this.

I find it tough not to give a 10. The hotel might look a bit dated, but everything is actually in tip top condition. It's just the Italian maritime look I guess. The staff were amazing, as was the breakfast. I was biking in Finale and the last day they let me park up as long as I wanted. They also had a shower and offered a towel for after biking. For the price, full marks!

the rooms a bit basic on furniture but no big deal.

Bike storage, quiet aircon and comfy bed. The room was quiet at the end of the corridor and had a private little terrace with table and chairs. The location was great only a short walk away from the centre with loads of good restaurants to chose from, shops and the beach. Very good selection at breakfast with veggie options. Private secure parking too - good for our big car!

The staff at this Hotel were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. We loved Finale Ligure, it's a wonderful town and an amazing spot for Mountain Biking.

We could hear other guests walking in the corridor and moving in their bedrooms in the early hours when we still sleeping.

Spent heaps of time at the pool. It’s an excellent spot to relax and enjoy the view. Hours here every afternoon. Staff were super super helpful.

A bit stress with finding parking space, but the staff was very helpful so it went ok. A bit pricy, but everything was at this time of year.

What made this trip and stay for us was the Staff of the Hotel. They went above and beyond ( Particularly Francesca ) and they could not do more for us! Breakfast was some spread which set us up every morning before we hit the Mountain bike trails. I will be back to Finale Ligure and will 100% stay in the hotel again

Honestly, that’s the first time ever when I’m can say that I did like everything and nothing was wrong. I always try to give the most honest feedback good or bad. Everything was great and I would choose the same place again!

I’ve literally loved everything! The stuff welcomed us so warmly, everyone was so friendly and went each time an extra mile to make us feel the best in our holiday. The room was so good, so clean and thanks god when we have arrived the air conditioner was already working its wonders. (Coming from outside +30 degrees hot). The location was so good, just couple of minutes walking from the beach and city centre. Wonderful time!

Location was 5 minutes down to the beach and city center. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety, staff was very friendly and very helpful. Parking in front of the hotel was a big plus. The pool area was added bonus with a great views. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with air- conditioning. We enjoyed our stay!!

As a light sleeper, a pair or ear plugs and noice cancelling earphones were rather handy.

Hotel is greatly situated for going down to beach and town. Hotel has a breakfast with wide variety of things to enjoy. Bike rooms are absolute fantastic!! Pool beautiful with a great room. Staff was great and did change our room upon a request.

In our room the bathroom (Shower cabin especially) could use some renovation work. It was very clean but the sanitary installation was just quite old and therefore not that comfortable. At the same time, this is the charme of the hotel. It is a bit older but very clean and well maintained.

Breakfast was excellent and there was a large choice. Really enjoyed the local and freshly made Italian dishes. Staff was super helpful and friendly during out entire stay. The garden / entrance area with its plants and flowers is lovely and well maintained. Car parking was also good and just in front of the entrance. Location was perfect for us. Quick walk to the town center, lovely views but also very quiet area.
