Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaOwner tried his best to accommodate. Little sketchy getting into the place. It's attached to another motel in which I found the staff to be rude and could not walk through OR use stairs without quesioning ! ! Located in heart of busy area. A fight broke out, people were out late at night screaming, but it was very close to restaurants with great food. If you are willing to accept the good with the bad. it's a pretty good place to stay.

GermanyThe room was spacious, but the heater was not functioning. For the comfort room and shower, a partnof the ceiling was open, the hot water doesn’t come out continuously. For two days, i didn’t have a good shower.
The property located at the city center only few minutes walk from Termini Station.

United StatesUpon arrival the person helping us check in vocalized my door code out loud and didn’t understand my questions and just brushed off what I was asking. It wasn’t clean. And while arriving a cleaner was sprayed in the bathroom and main walkway, not wiped down. Urine stains on the toilet lid that didnt fit the toilet. A fee of €6 per person per night was requested. I feel that would’ve been more appropriate to ask for before having me get settled in my room and having this male stand in our doorway watching us unpack before specifying what it’s for. Also have cash for that because my card was charged twice (checked my bank had to dispute) Each morning my sister and I were woken at 9:30-10A to knocking on our door for cleaning by the host. I’m glad we were there but there’s no “do not disturb” sign to post and our room discouraging entry if we had left early. I will say I got what I paid for. It’s cheap I got cheap quality. Next time I’ll keep it in factor.
I got a room with a bathroom, apparently that’s not how the other rooms are set up. The location was amazingly close to markets, laundry, a main transportation station.

SloveniaThe photos presented a different reality than what we experienced in person.
Based on the photos published on Booking, the room for €73.74 seemed acceptable. However, when my colleague and I arrived at the location, we found out that three rooms were connected to a shared common area, and only my room had a bathroom, while the other two did not. Next to the common area, there was a shared bathroom and a kind of kitchen, which was cluttered with various items — from a baby stroller to a crib. Breakfast is served in a nearby bistro, but it only includes one croissant, one coffee, and one glass of juice. Given its location, the B&B has great potential for development, but I would recommend investing in the construction of private bathrooms in each room and carrying out a thorough cleaning.

At the beginning the most important was that when we left the room with our things inside, they have the code and get inside every time they want. The worst fact that happened to us was that they gave our room to other guys before the reservation end.1 day left and our things disappeared. Just no comment....

SpainThe owner of the place is really nice, he takes care of you and he is available when you need him. I travel for 3 days and it was a good place to stay. It is a bit far away from the city center, but you can reach the Coloseum really fast, it depends more on the hotel you are looking for. For me it was a great experience!
