We waited fir 2 hours, had no wifi, no contact method, no phone number, couldn't get hold of any staff, and I only had one day in Verona, and a show to attend. In the end we just chose to leave, and checked into a commercial hotel. This is a very bad system, very inhuman, never heard a hotel checkin time set at 4 pm and drive you out before 11 am. I paid to learn a lesson.

It was a clean and nice room, it was easy to get inside and the owner comunicated well with us

The location was not so good, it is far away from the center and the buses didn't follow the schedule, they appeared randomly, we waited 10 minutes in a bus stop and 4 buses should have come this time but didn't so we went to an other station and the same thing happened, in the end a local girl helped us at a third bus stop and there was finally a bus. The room was cozy and spacious, but the sink was a bit tricky to approach in the bathroom because it was in the corner.

Comfortable, effective and absolutely necessary Aircon. Modern bathroom. Great shower.

The location was not perfect for my purposes and this is not any reflection on the host at all, but I struggled with finding buses to and from central Verona - they just didn’t arrive, and the stop is a good few minutes walk from the apartment. It takes about 30 minutes walking to get to Porta Nuova station, and it is not a pleasant way along busy roads and industrial decay.

Nice room, self-service check-in was easy, small fridge in shared room.

The AC unit - a must in the summer. The comfortable bed, and the host offered us clean towels on one of the last days. Clean bathrooms and cleaning of the communal spaces once a day.

There were not much kitchen ustensils - only 2 wine glasses, 2 bowls and a mug, but no forks, knives or anything.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower was fantastic. Overall the unit was very clean and the communication was easy with the host.

I didn't realise it was a shared space this is more of a user error and not a reflection of the property.

There are 3 separate rooms within one apartment, the soundproofing of the rooms is not the best, so it is quite noisy when someone arrives or leaves, which is a bit disturbing late at night/early in the morning.

Friendly owner, who connected and answered our questions. Clean apartment with all necessary staff and fast Wi-Fi. It is located in a quiet area of Verona, 10 minutes by bus from the center.

It will be good to check and do something with the window, it rattles with every rustle on the street.

Really nice cozy apartment. There are three units in the apartment space with shared "living room" where is fridge and coffee maker available. However we didn't meet anyone for whole stay. Whole check in / out process is self-made, you'll recieve instructions into whatsapp/e-mail etc. Despite the apartment is further from the city center, there are bus stations nearby so you can get there within 10-15 minutes without any troubles. Also there are plenty of cafés, bistros, restaurants nearby which is very convenient. The surroundings are very quiet and peaceful. The beds were very comfy and the bathroom was clean and modern.

to be honest I dunno how it is with cleaning during stays... our room wasn't cleaned during ours (which didn't mind since we stayed here for only 3 nights)

we will not be staying to the this apartament. Because the bathroom looks tragic, it is not cleaning. When I made the reservation, the apartment looked much better in the photos than in reality, when we arrive to the this apartment there was a man who came out from next apartment and was always watching us. From there other apartament we always heard noise. People looked strange on the outside and inside, they were watching us very closely, watching our car. The room look not perfect.

All was good. Caught the bus to the central station and walked to the Arena from there. Really worth seeing.

Bus stop had discontinued, but we found another...in time..
