The location was not so good, it is far away from the center and the buses didn't follow the schedule, they appeared randomly, we waited 10 minutes in a bus stop and 4 buses should have come this time but didn't so we went to an other station and the same thing happened, in the end a local girl helped us at a third bus stop and there was finally a bus. The room was cozy and spacious, but the sink was a bit tricky to approach in the bathroom because it was in the corner.

There were not much kitchen ustensils - only 2 wine glasses, 2 bowls and a mug, but no forks, knives or anything.

The AC unit - a must in the summer. The comfortable bed, and the host offered us clean towels on one of the last days. Clean bathrooms and cleaning of the communal spaces once a day.

I didn't realise it was a shared space this is more of a user error and not a reflection of the property.

There are 3 separate rooms within one apartment, the soundproofing of the rooms is not the best, so it is quite noisy when someone arrives or leaves, which is a bit disturbing late at night/early in the morning.

Friendly owner, who connected and answered our questions. Clean apartment with all necessary staff and fast Wi-Fi. It is located in a quiet area of Verona, 10 minutes by bus from the center.

to be honest I dunno how it is with cleaning during stays... our room wasn't cleaned during ours (which didn't mind since we stayed here for only 3 nights)

Really nice cozy apartment. There are three units in the apartment space with shared "living room" where is fridge and coffee maker available. However we didn't meet anyone for whole stay. Whole check in / out process is self-made, you'll recieve instructions into whatsapp/e-mail etc. Despite the apartment is further from the city center, there are bus stations nearby so you can get there within 10-15 minutes without any troubles. Also there are plenty of cafés, bistros, restaurants nearby which is very convenient. The surroundings are very quiet and peaceful. The beds were very comfy and the bathroom was clean and modern.

All was good. Caught the bus to the central station and walked to the Arena from there. Really worth seeing.

- The thing that puts us off a lot was the strong smell of wet dirty cleaning mop / cloth both in the common area and the bathroom. Luckily , we couldn't sense it in the bedroom itself, which would have been horrible. The smell in the bathroom wouldn't go until we showered an used our hygiene products to cover it. - Rooms are not sound proved, so you can hear people in the room next door or above. I slept well with earplugs on. - I personally found the mattress extremely soft. I felt like I was sinking in it. - It's a bit further away from the city center, but easily reachable by bus. - Response time from the host could be faster.

The room has everything you need for a short stay: body wash, hairdryer, a comfy pillow, an open closet to hang and store your things, 3 towels per person, an extra toilet paper roll, a working desk, shades to block the sunlight and an extra bed cover besides the sheet. The host also allowed us to check-out 30mins later, which was very helpful.

Not a problem if taken into account, but the city centre was about 30mins away by walking. However, bus connections were fast and easy to use.

The property had a private bathroom, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a shared refrigerator where to store your groceries if needed. Overall very good value for money!

The windows are single pane and rattle every time you so much as open a door. The main lights of the room are on a timer and have to be manually turned on again every 10 minutes or so.

Convenient location. Nice building, and spacious room and bathroom. Excellent communication with the host. I realized after checking out that I had forgotten my coat in the room, and Tommaso arranged for the cleaning lady to let me in again. I really appreciated the prompt answer to my message.

Apart from the cleaning lady, I didn't see any staff. Only at the last minute did I get instructions via Whatsapp how to get the keys of the room. Luckily, a couple who was also staying at the hotel was very helpful with retrieving keys and info regarding wifi. The hotel was quite far away from downtown.

We waited fir 2 hours, had no wifi, no contact method, no phone number, couldn't get hold of any staff, and I only had one day in Verona, and a show to attend. In the end we just chose to leave, and checked into a commercial hotel. This is a very bad system, very inhuman, never heard a hotel checkin time set at 4 pm and drive you out before 11 am. I paid to learn a lesson.
