The pool was not as expected from the photos. We excepted.more than just a plunge pool. It was far from shops/restaurants so we needed to get taxis everywhere (funicular wasn't working) and a lot of taxi drivers don't stick to meters and over charge. We booked two rooms for two adults and two children and they were far away from each other. They allowed us to change rooms so our kids could be near each other but that came at an extra cost.

The view over that bay is incredible and the sea view rooms are stunning and we enjoyed the balcony

The hotel advertises a pool at the property. You cannot call this a pool, it’s more of a plunge and the view from it isn’t great.

The elevated location was great for the view but the hills were a challenge when walking in the heat. Taxis were readily available but were a little expensive.

Swimming pool is too small which is only for kids and no shuttle service going to city center. Location is far from city center and u need to ride a bus and a metro

It was loud, no view. Cappuccino at breakfast was burned twice. I was travelling alone and could notice that they do not like that. The location is not good if you don't like walking and not the best for visiting the city. The pool was super hidden away.

the scramble egg for breakfast was not runny ,it was to well cooked plug in the room ,one side of the bed was missing a plug ,my wife was struggling to charge her phone should be some shop were you can buy little snack and water the picture on booking .com. hotel is really close to the beach .so I was a bit surprise ,that it was on the hill

I thought the breakfast was a little poor, hence we only went there once. More options and more friendly waiters would improve this.

The view from the balcony was amazing and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The transfer to the airport was smooth and pleasant - couldn't rate it more!

The only complaint I have is the towels we got throughout our stay - big holes in one, other smelled of cigarettes and there was a stain on bathmat that was turned the other way around. I understand housekeeping is very under pressure (I worked in cleaning too) but for the price per night that was so disappointing to see...

The hotel is situated up the hill and we loved it! The location is absolute gold - away from the chaos of central Naples and all the traffic. The room was spacious and comfortable. The balcony and the views were amazing. Bathroom looked renovated and loved the mosaic and the glass sink. It was nice to have a fridge in the room. Breakfast was sufficient and lots of choices. The views of Naples and Vesuvius were amazing from there. We were lucky to have window table for the 3 mornings we were there. A lovely touch is a little pool you book for 2h for private use, with amazing views, towels provided and lounging chairs. Staff were all very kind, especially at reception and the gentleman that escorts you to the pool. He was so lovely and kind. They also have parrots outside and as an animal lover, I was a bit concerned about them being in the heat but their cage is situated in a shade and they seem to have fresh water and food provided at all times. They were chirping happily 🩷

View was amazing, hotel was lovely, good value and staff were so friendly and helpful make sure you go for a room with a sea view. You can get a metro and then walk a short distance down towards the marina to get the funicular up to the hotel , once out of the funicular a short walk to the hotel . You can walk down to the Marina but a hike back up, food was lovely for breakfast and dinner

Our first room was claustrophobic with only a small window looking into a wall, then we were moved to a room with amazing view and a balcony - so lovely
