For us the location was good but it is a little bit lauded if you stay in an open window. Very clean and comfortable rooms.

I don’t have anything negative to say! I don’t think there’s a lift though, so be prepared to take luggage up a couple of sets of stairs.

The property was in a great location, right in the heart of the old town and very close to the cathedral and main square. The room was really spacious and absolutely spotless. Self check in was very easy. We didn’t see the reception staff much but whenever we did cross paths, everyone was lovely.

As other guests have written, it is noisy in the middle of the night, but honestly, I would stay there again despite that.The air conditioner is also noisy and I think it needs maintenance or buying a new one.

Very nice place, very central - next to the Duomo and Piazza del Campo. Shops, restaurants, bars, everything. Comfortable, large room and nice bed. Very clean!I Аppreciate that there was coffee with capsules, cups, even plates in the room. We had a great time!...We stayed in room 33...The room was cleaned every day, and there is also a common room where you can eat.

Kinda hard to find, should mention it is in the same building as the Doumo Hotel, luckily cab drivers knew right where to go. Btw make sure to order a cab in advance (a few hours) if you are going to the train or airport.

Its location within the walled city. It was a charming room and very clean. The noise level could be a little loud but it was only because I had the windows fully open. It was fun listening to the locals sing at the restaurant across from the room. 😁

It was a little bit difficult to get to the hotel from the parking lot. The price of the hotel included two days of parking. The code that they gave us didn’t work. We had to pay 70 euros.

The hotel is located around the main street and at a Friday night I could clearly hear people on the street screaming and singing at 1am so that disturbed my sleep but I know it was nothing to do with the hotel.

The room was spacious with easy self check-in method and responsive manager to answer my questions.

Great stay. The location is excellent, close to everything, and the rooms are spacious with comfy beds and a good-sized bathroom. Just a heads-up: there are quite a few steps to get to the reception, so it might be tricky if you have heavy suitcases. Parking can be a bit of an issue; we found it best to use private parking despite the €40 daily cost, as free parking is just as far but comes with a higher risk of damage from other drivers. Overall, a good choice for a stay in Siena!

I received quite a lot of email from the agency managing the property.

Great location, close to the Dome and the Santa Maria della Scala museum, which hosts an interesting archeological exhibition. Very spacious room, spotlessly clean. It included a generous breakfast at a cafè nearby. The check-in/out were via key codes, which went smooth.

This is a wonderful hotel centrally located in Siena. The rooms are well designed with ample plugs and storage spaces and the whole facility is spotless. This is by far the cleanest hotel we’ve stayed at in a while. The staff is also super helpful and held our luggage when we arrived and after departure. Highly recommend this hotel!
