The shower was terrible, it simply did not drain water at all. We were told it could happen and to clean the filter, but that had zero impact. Even with a clean filter, you ended up taking a show in an ankle-deep puddle of your own filthy water that took about an hour to drain.

It was probably the best looking and least damaged building on the entire street. Very clean room, great host, no problems at all.

The place is awesome! Super close to centrum - waking distance to main attractions in Palermo. Very spacious with comfortable bed. There was also coffe and water provided, when we arrived. The host is super nice, helfpful and shared with detailed itinerary for two days.

We had an outstanding stay! Our host was exceptional, providing us with fantastic local tips that made our trip unforgettable. The accommodation itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and in an ideal location—everything we wanted to see in Palermo was within easy walking distance. It was noisy from the outside but it's not anyone's fault.

Great location close to the main centre of town. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything you could need for your stay. The host was incredibly helpful and sent through a detailed itinerary with tips for the city.

All good at the property. I just thought to share that I think it is best to go without a car to Palermo. There is too much traffic and it is not easy to park.

The property is very well located. You can walk to main attractions. The unit was very clean and it has everything that you need. The photos are a good reflection of the place. Lino, the host, was very helpful, he even gave us a two days schedule to visit the main places and good recommendations. We would stay here again.

Nothing really much. One thing could be little better was that the shower and sink drain were little slow however I suppose most of the buildings in Palermo are old so I could imagine lots of places are the same. Nothing major. We loved the place.

Clean, spacious, wifi, AC. The room, Bed , sofa very comfortable and the host was very friendly and helpful. Location was amazing so close to everything. Espresso machine, kitchen and the host provided a water bottle in the fridge for us. Everything was great. We asked our host to pick us up just right before we arrived in Palermo airport and he responded very quickly and he picked us up right away even with the short notice. He also wished my birthday that was very sweet. He gave us itinerary with some info about Palermo and what we can do. We had everything we needed. It was such a cute place. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great!

Great location and very comfortable apartment for exploring Palermo. Very close to the cathedral, Palazzo dei Normanni and porta nuova. Rosolino picked us from the airport with some delicious pastries and gave us some great tips for visiting the city.

They have done a lovely job, bringing the property up to a modern feel. It’s very well situated with a very short walk to the centre of Palermo old town.

Everything about this accomodation is just pleasant. The host, the location, amenities, the check in convenience, and the accomodation Rosolino was a very pleasant host, he provides clear check in information which was so convenient and he gave inputs for parking and language tips! He gave some great restaurant recommendations as well and welcomed us in person in the property with a friendly gesture. For the accomodation, it is even larger than I expected from the pictures and the location was superb! And not to mention that it is so clean. Also, the location is just 6 minutes from the Palermo Cathedral which means it is close to almost all of the attractions in the city :) Do not hesitate to rent this place you will not regret it!

I would've liked them to provide some basics for cooking (olive oil, salt and pepper), but there are many shops around where we were able to buy them.

Amazing location just by the Palermo cathedral. The building is great, everything in the property feels new and is clean. It's spacious, comfortable, and convenient.

The only thing I struggled with was the location. It is quite close to the theatre and the cathedral, but the streets close by felt a bit intimidating as a solo female traveller. One of the property staff assured me it’s safe as she lives nearby, just to avoid going into the nearby market after dark (when the stalls are closed). I did frequently walk to and from the apartment quite late at night, from various directions and didn’t have any issues. Travelling with someone else this likely wouldn’t have concerned me.

Exactly like the pictures. Beautiful apartment, very clean, good air conditioning, coffee machine, bottle opener. Kitchen was easy to use after I googled how to use the induction cooktop. Lovely bedroom space. A pleasure to wake up here every day.
