The hot water took ages to get hot. In fact for short usage (wash face, hands, brush teeth) the water was freezing cold like from the river outside. In the shower it slowly and tantalizingly got warm such that after 20 mins shower it was still lukewarm and getting warmer extremely slowly. The radiator in the room was set very economically, probably around 19C. The price is not cheap for what you get.

Everything was great; we had no complaints.

The room was warm and cozy, with beautiful Christmas decorations creating a festive atmosphere. The breakfast was simple but delicious, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Despite the lack of reviews on Google Maps, we decided to stay and were pleasantly surprised. We arrived with our pug without notifying the hotel in advance, yet they kindly provided a dog-friendly room. The location is excellent – just 2 minutes by car or a 15-minute walk to Terme San Pellegrino, with a supermarket and tabaccheria nearby.

Shower could be more modern, double bed was made of 2 mattresses connected, would be more convenient if it was a one big mattress but for the price still a good deal

We stayed at this hotel because we came to the QC spa and it's very close by, you can walk in 10 mins, staff was friendly. Bonus - eggs and bacon for breakfast, as sometimes it's tricky to find savoury breakfast option.

The room was facing an inner yard - not an issue for us, but double check if you wish a better view or don't want to be disturbed by some noise.

Good location in a close proximity to the center, spa facilities, and public parking. The breakfast was very good but might be considered as basic by those who expect very wide choice. We also enjoyed a very good dinner, and can recommend both food and service not only on a day when you cannot get a table in some restaurant or just do not want to get out )) Thanks to the staff for welcoming us and providing with valuable advice!

The rooms are spacious and cosy. Neither too warm nor too cold, the room temperature was just right. Breakfast was also just right no frills, however they had a large assortment of good cakes.

Very good breakfast for Italian standards. Usually you get only sweet breakfast in small Italian Hotels, but they had also eggs and bacon.
