The socket is USB near the bed which i dont like very much. I would like to have a real socket instead. But good point is that they put a big sockets in the middle of the room so we can recharge our power bank while sleeping. The bathroom should be put something to hanging clothes while bathing. Apart from these small things there is nothing more to complain

The property is very good. Everything is clean and the location is excellent. I can walk to everywhere within 300-500m from the hostel. It is super close to the tram and train station too. Bed is comfortable and there are only 4 beds which is more quiet and organize, also comfortable for staying. I would definitely book this hostel again if i come back to Florence! It is amazing

Suggestions for improvement: Provide a remote control in the room for the air conditioning so guests can turn it on/off and adjust the ventilation regularly. Add frosted stickers on the bathroom window up to halfway for more privacy.

The hotel is pleasant, clean, modern, new, and bright, with a nice open view and a peaceful atmosphere. It is also very well located in Florence. The manager is very friendly.

In our room (7) the bunk beds were side by side, making you feel you were sleeping with a stranger in your bed. There was no kitchen or common area, only the bedroom.

Was fine for one night, but for longer stays I’d miss a kitchen and a laundry machine. Also the lockers are very loud so everyone wakes up if someone’s wants to get their stuff.

Incredibly comfortable beds and only four people per room. Everything super modern and clean. Half the price you’d pay at the adjacent Ostello Bello, but it’s way more quiet and you can still use their bar if you want to.

Great location, right in the center, close to the main train station, so it is very convenient to travel to Rome, Pisa etc and close to the tramway so it is easy ti get to the airport.

There are no plugs in the room. By the bed only a USB plug and one plug in the bathroom. Also the “locker” for your things cannot get locked.

The location is fantastic. Very central but completely quiet. The en suite bathroom is also a bonus point. It is very clean and the staff couldn’t be lovelier!

Great! Quiet. Renovated. Amazing location! Great host and very clean. Great communication and easy to find. Also loved having a washroom inside the room. Would stay here again if I come back to Florence. Highly recommend despite the negative reviews (most of them being from the last year). Also, you do have to rent a towel for 3 euros but not a big deal since I’ve done it for other hostels as well.

Limited time for check in, it will be better to send the instructions to the person bh WhatsApp, for example i prefer to spend more time in Roma and take the bus by night buy it was impossible because the told me that the I can’t do the check in after 22:30.

The only thing to mention is a problem for all the hotels in the centre, the area is not the cleanest nor safest so keep that in mind when booking.

A really well maintained property with sufficient amenities. I was surprised at how well organised the female dormitory was with well thought out bunk beds and storage. The bathroom has a hair dryer which was a blessing for late night showers. Proper value for the buck. I’d definitely visit again given that it’s so conveniently located to most tourist spots.

Location is EXCELLENT! On a street with tons of restaurants, character and twinkling lights in the evening. Beds were comfortable, everything is super new, modern and clean. Highly recommend for a friends trip. Cool hostel bar/coffee spot right next door where you can buy drinks and coffee and hang out.
