Breakfast choices were limited and the coffee machine very noisy outside our door. Room was a bit small for twin beds that were literally next to each other.

Amazing location - we walked everywhere and had a wide range of restaurants, shops, sites to see nearby. Little balcony was nice to use and arrival champagne was a nice surprise.

The breakfast wasn’t really hearty and there weren’t many extra facilities (the staff didn’t have an iron).

The location was ideal and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The balcony was a plus.

Guests need to remember that staff is not always there. Fortunately when the safe wouldn’t open it was not my last night because if I had to get a 6:00 taxi to get to the plane my passport would be locked up and nobody would be around.

Only a couple of downsides: the shower was very small, and breakfast options were quite limited—on one morning, it even ran out for some guests.

We had a lovely stay! The location was amazing—close to everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment is on the top floor, but there’s a lift which made it super convenient. Check-in and check-out were really easy, and the reception staff were friendly, although only around during certain hours. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cute little balcony that was perfect for morning coffee. The bed was comfy, and the air conditioning worked really well, which was great during the warm weather.

Kitchenette coffee machine was just outside out rooms door, so loud coffee making noises early in the morning.

The breakfast really lacking. Only choice was croissant and cereal. It didn’t open until 8am which makes it hard to make the tours. They have a timer on the expression machine as well so it’s only available from 8am-7pm.

Decent room, good location and staff. They did provide water bottles so it was good. They should improve check in process since they charged me 30 euros for after 6 PM check in but my flight was arriving at 6:30. This is unfair practice.

The breakfast menu was quite small and really sweet - probably typical for italy? (sweet croissaints, three types of cornflakes, a juice and the coffee maker). We would have loved a little bit of fruits or a different kind of bread for the marmelade. We didn't really have any kind of opportunity to calm down or sleep undisturbed due to the noise (early morning around 8am to 11pm and late at night between 9 pm and 12 am). We heard when people made some coffee, tea or got food in the morning. The walls are thin. Also the noise from the street was a lot sometimes which makes going to bed "early" (around 10-11 pm) pretty difficult.

The room was clean and the location was amazing! The beds were cozy and the bathroom had more than enough space! The staff was helpful, friendly and did a great job! We also loved the balcony with the side-view on the Pantheon!

If you are tall this one may not be for you with sloping roof!

Right near the pantheon you are in the thick of things in this accomodation. Was exactly as described. Having the attic room it was small but enough room for two. Clean and well serviced. Breakfast was good and coffee out of the machine great. Easy to get a taxi from the pantheon if you need or just walk! Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Room was private but it was more of a bnb with several rooms in close proximity, not a lot of privacy. Also bath had no hot water. Saying all that, still had a lovely stay
