Nothing, the bathrooms could be renovated the shower and water pulse would use a change.

Very good location, in the center, close to the sea, on the outskirts of the city. Beautiful view of the sea. The hotel has parking. The restaurant offers homemade food. I recommend!

Everyone at the hotel was helpful and friendly, the rooms were large ans the sea view rooms had an excellent view out to sea. The breakfast was a comprehensive buffett with fresh coffee to order.

The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. Nothing the hotel can do about that.

Convenient location for us since we were visiting family in Manfredonia. The staff especially Roberto were wonderful! We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and they made it extra special!!

The property was ocean front and convenient to a lot of restaurants, close to town and all its amenities. We made this a base to explore the other areas more inland. Property staff were all so friendly and helpful. They had an on-site restaurant which made the parking lot a little difficult at night but staff went out of their way to ensure we had parking every night. Breakfast was always plentiful (fruit, cheese, meats, eggs, lots of breads, juices, coffee, etc.) and good. Room was basic but clean and comfortable - beds, table/chair, tv, closet. We were given a room with an outdoor balcony that fronted the ocean - enjoyed hanging out there.

Bath towels probably need to be upgraded as they are more like bed sheets.

Staff were very friendly, rooms are clean but basic. The sea view room was excellent and as described. Breakfast has a good variety. The hotel is directly across the road from the beach. Secure car park on site was also great. Hotel manager was very helpful. Offered us free bottles of water on our departure which is not something we've seen throughout our stay in Italy. Overall excellent hotel.

We ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner. In a large overly lit room and very little choice on the menu. They had a salad bar with few items. We ordered fish which was overcooked and not very tasty

Use that hotel as a stopover. It is an older property but in good order. Great bonus: a large private parking. Friendly staff and we had a large room with two beds (we asked for that) and two bathrooms. Very clean. Beds a little soft for our taste. Very good breakfast in the morning.

The gulf view is amazing, the food is tasty. The proprietors were quite helpful in recommending places to visit and stores to shop for clothing.

The rear patio area was a little enclosed although quite pleasant. The shops, bars and restaurants are approximately 1 mile from the hotel, fine if you like a walk.

Lovely clean room with the balcony looking towards the Golfo di Manfredonia and the marina. Nice walk along the promenade (about 1 mile), to the marina and into the town. Lots of places to eat and drink although not used as the hotel restaurant was superb. Easy parking and access with excellent staff, one of whom escorted us to a much needed car wash. Great place to use as a base for visiting the nature reserve and Monte S. Angelo which is a "must see"

WiFi access could be improved as we had some difficulty connecting to internet. Towels should be improved, because towels from wafercloth are not suitable.

This hotel needs a whole upgrade , the lift didn’t work , the towels are more like sheets , the furniture saw some decades and the toaster in breakfast room saw dooms day and didn’t work .

I chose the hotel because of its location just in front of the beach . Our room had a lovely terrace and the view was wonderful .
