The fridge was too small and the coffee station could have been better equipped (glass cups instead of plastic ones, for preparing coffee of tea with boiling water).

The room was large and clean. The bathroom was spacious and well ventilated. The AC worked perfectly. The cleaning lady came in daily. Breakfast at bar Marisco was AMAZING, but the other bar was not good at all. The host was very helpful with the late check-in and storing our luggage on check-out. Very close to the beach and a lovely stroll away from the city centre.

There is a renovation of the facade of the building which substantially impede the view, otherwise is not very disturbing - they start working at 8:00 and try to be discrete - no complains.

Clean, nicely arranged room, very good mattress, nice hot tube. Good contact with a host. Parking in the front of the building with acceptable rate (after 20:00 free).

That we couldn’t substitute drink for breakfast. Husband doesn’t drink coffee and wanted tea instead and they wouldn’t allow it at the cafe…. And it was cheaper, so I don’t understand why?

There's a motorized window, but it still feels a bit dark and a tiny bit muggy.

A towel hook would be useful in the bathroom 🙂 Nearby Pane e Pomodoro beach is a typical overcrowded city beach.

Quite a large room with a balcony. Easy check-in. Caring host easily reachable on WhatsApp. Very tasty pastries and cappuccino in nearby Morisco Bar for breakfast. Jacuzzi for perfect relax. Strong wifi. Comfortable bed. Cleanliness. A five minute walk to Marconi train station and two city bus stops to Bari Centrale train station and city center. Two supermarkets, a bakery, restaurants and other shops in the vicinity. Small bottle of prosecco and two bottles of water every day.

The only thing that some might dislike - but we didn't really care - was the absence of a window looking outside. There was one that looked into the inner hall, to us completely sufficient. Air conditioning worked like a charm, so it was always pleasant.

The place is very nice, extra close to the beach with a few restaurants with delicious food around. We took the owner's recommendation and it was really a good way to go. The breakfast was also sufficient - a coffee with a croissant or other sweet Italian pastry, which was good enough to get you started in the morning.

Whats needs to be checked and fixed is the AC, because was not heating properly. The breakfast should be improved because whats included is only a croissant and a coffee ( this must 've been written in description aswell). Improve this 2 things and its a great stay.

The Silver room was very clean, smell very good. Bed and toilet were very clean! TV and Wifi is great! Quiet location, no noises around. For people coming with car, you need to circle around to find a street parking place. But its safe and overnight its free of charge ( after 8:30 pm) . Giuseppe (owner) is very friendly and helpfull!

The location of the apartment is unbeatable - it was <5 mins walk to Pane e Pomodoro beach, 20-25 to old Bari (by the sea so extremely pleasant). There is a bus stop right next to the beach that goes through to Bari Céntrale so you can easily catch a bus to any part of the city or station, and then transfer easily to close locations or airport. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the local bakery frontline on the beach Boulevard. I absolutely loved how clean the apartment was - the ladies came and cleaned it every day, providing new towels and they left us use an iron for the whole stay free of charge. The host is amazing - he stayed up late on the day of our arrival to make sure we are safe at the place, he helped with transport arrangements, checked on us regularly, had coupons for free breakfast at a nearby cafe, and restocked water/Prosecco for us daily. It was overall a great experience and we would definitely go again for our next stays in Bari.

1. The bulding is under reconstruction, do every working day there is a lot of noise, the 1 floor with 3 rooms is the only functional 2. The stairways are small, it would be very hard for some people to carry a suitcase to the room. 3. Last, but the most important, which influenced my stay very negativly: There is NO window, just the pseudowindow oppening to the staircase. Its something hardly bareable.

First, the location nearby beach is really valuable, the room is clean and good looking, the bathroom is well equipped with a good mechanical ventilation, room is cleaned everyday with towels change, despite the size the owner managed to put a tiny fridge, enough for 5 small bottles. Everyday we received 2 bottles of water. Although the owner does not speek english you can communicate via whatsup with google translation. There is a Smart TV with direct Netflix and Prime accces and a really good Wi-Fi. On the common corridor you have a coffee machine and a tea set. Air condition is aviable

We were selecting the room by images in offer, but we did not notice, there is no window or balcony. Fortunatelly there were good air condition, ready to use.

Great location. Really close by beach, that was a reason we have choosen this apartment. Big double bed and lare bathroom with fresh towels. And good communication with a host.
