The breakfast was not very good. If we stayed again I would have a breakfast in one of the many cafes close by. It was a shame because it would not take much to change what they served so that it was acceptable.

Location was great and the staff were lovely providing fantastic service. The rooftop provided the most fantastic setting to watch the sun set over Vesuvius.

The rooftop isn't like the pictures - while it had a great view, the furniture was old and weathered - and there was no way I was getting in that spa. This area missed the makeover...

The room was really nice - the interior of the hotel has been done recently and it's nice and fresh. The staff were very helpful.

The tiny lift, and only 1 lift at that.

Location was terrific, service was very good. Breakfast was good. Hotel palma was very close to the plaza, loads of cafes, shopping and the beautiful Church, The Pontifical Shrine of the Blessed Virgin of the Rosary of Pompei.

The breakfast wasn’t very good. The bread and croissants didn’t seem to be very fresh.

Flimsy shower screen, cheap and ineffective shower head. Bathroom floor flooded every time we used the shower and became extremely slippery.

The hotel needs renovation. Everything is very old. They give one key for two people, and since the light in the room doesn't work without the key, it's very inconvenient. There are no sockets by the bed... none at all. There is no TV, essentially, it's very old. There is no breakfast either. We found fermented juice, spoiled yogurt in the machine, rotten ham. There is milk, but no muesli. We had to eat the same thing every morning (omelette and dry, overcooked bacon). Breakfast without a coffee machine. The shower in the bathroom doesn't work well, there is not a single hook (nowhere to hang towels and robes), there is not a single shelf in the shower stall (you have to put shower gels and shampoos on the floor). The room on the 1st floor has one small window and when you open it, the smell of cigarettes and everything else that is smoked under the window is drawn in. And for 5 nights 760€. Considering all of the above, it is expensive.

The water in the hot tub was dirty so I couldn’t get in, toilet didn’t flush well and aircon wasn’t strong.

Perfect location for Pompeii. Lots of restaurants and markets nearby. The size of the room was good and we had three beds which is sometimes hard to find, big bathroom, clean.

Our room overlooked the station and I was intiatlly concerned about trian noise, but I needn't have worried as I couldn't hear the trains at all.

The hotel was smartly decorated and clean. It is well positioned for local amenities and sight seeing. The quadrulpe room we were given was well laid out with plenty of space and had very good air conditioning. All the staff were exceptionally friendly. They spent time with us on our first day talking through the map of Pompei, pointing out the main routes to the ruins, where the main shops and restaurants were, and the train station to get to Ercolano for Herculaneum, which is next to the hotel.
