Walls very thin between apartments, could hear every movement of next door, taps running, toilet, shower etc. Lack of utensils, eg Cork screw ,sharp / bread knives etc

Location perfect to reach motorway network. Decent restaurants within walking distance as was shops and supermarket.

More verbal communication may be appreciated. I found it weird that curtains in the bathroom were semi-transparent on the ground floor. Overall I had a great stay though.

The room is close to the motorway, however little noise may be heard, no bother at all. The room was clean and modern style.

Noise from street is quite big, it is more or less stop by motprway. Also noise from the other rooms doors - one cannot close those quietky and air move moves your own door.

All is new and clean, big room and good bathroom. Contactless check-in with codes, very convenient. Free parjing 150 m aeay. 10 minutes by car from centre. Good wifi, fridge, cups and plates.

The water heater was not hot long enough for two people to have a shower one after the other we had to wait till it heated up again ( I know its an eco friendly boiler) it was a little inconvenient, although we had a microwave it would have been better if a kettle was there to heat water for drinks (A British Tradition)

The property was in a great location with regular buses into the Centre although it was within walking distance too, the room was lovely, the beds were very comfortable, the staff we saw were very helpful,

No one on site. Codes are sent for access. Parking is not on site, fairly close nearby. Located on a busy road which was a bit noisy most of the night.

Nice rooms, very modern and clean. Fairly good driving access to the town centre area, about 15 minutes by car.

The bathroom was a disappointment this time around. Not very clean, especially at the edges of the shower door and the shower handle was completely broken so it was quite a challenge to use it. Other than this it's all ok ... if you can ignore the fact that you have to send your ID photos by WhatsApp (not very GDPR compliant procedure).

We've returned for the second year, location is very close to the fair which is perfect for us. The room is spacious, very modern, bright, has a small refrigerator and a few kitchen basics which is awesome. Plus, Alessandro is very nice, always available to help.

Room.was at last floor and the celling was very low. In fact more then half of the unit is not usable due low celling. I am 1,80 m and it was not confortable at all.

Check In was all contactless, got the door code via WhatsApp, everything worked out fine. Big room, comfortable beds, air conditioning. A bit outside of Parma, arrived late but found a pizzeria to get something to eat. Stopped by on our way to Reggio Emilia for a concert, everything was fine.

Still getting used to the whole self-check in thing. Also, this place is not car friendly. I was lucky that I was able to park in the area within the gate as there were no other guests with cars I believe. The neighbors to this hotel were not friendly at all and had not sympathy for their guests.

The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. It is self-check in, but once you understand the details of entering the place it is fine. It was a short five minute walk to a couple of restaurants, where we enjoyed a good meal at Pizzi Kotto.

If you don’t have a car, you are basically stuck in the outskirts of town (I am not sure how public transportation would work—you better check that before booking if you don’t have a car). The room we were given was outside the building, it was a sort of renovated garage. It was like staying in a motel. Even though everything was clean and new, it was kind of dark as two window did not get direct sunlight and the other one gave on a street, so opening that would have meant no privacy…in the morning of our check out, we were woken up by work on the premises.

The price at the time of the booking was the cheapest in town, so I was mostly interested in the value. I was visiting family in the town, so I basically used my room just for sleeping. I did not need anything fancy and that’s what I got.

The only thing that bodered me a little was the closet shaking while you walked past by it.. nothing serious since it was a one night stay, but it would probably bother me more if it was a longer stay.. maybe it was just in that room, I dont know..

The check-in process is great, everything is done online and through WhatsApp, no key cards just pin codes to enter the facilities and your room which was a plus for me! Clean and spacious room, good size bathroom, microwave and fridge in the room.
