Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NorwayBreakfast is a surreal “Soviet-style” experience. The staff just does not fill up the buffet. In practice, only for the first guests will enjoy a decent breakfast buffet. Arriving at 08:30 - 1,5 hrs before the end of breakfast time - we found the buffet almost empty. Empty trays, empty juice mugs, empty coffee dispenser. Even glasses and cutlery were not replenished, and tables were not cleaned. After wiping clean one table ourselves, we had to search for the waitress to get a spoon for the remaining yoghurt. After some rummaging, the staff got us exactly what we had asked for - one spoon. After some more searching, we found a knife and fork on other tables and were able to eat some of the other leftovers on the buffet. An experience not unlike travelling in the Soviet Union in the bad old days. If they fix this problem, this could be a great little hotel ....

SwedenThe room felt rundown, the furniture, curtains and bedspread were old. The hallways seemed newly renovated but not the rooms. The bathroom also felt old fashioned. The breakfast contained many different items but it was not tasty. It would have been better with less items and more tasteful. The breakfast room was messy and unkept.
The hotel is 5-8 minute walk to the train station which makes it easy to get to/from the train station. It was also easy walking distance to the center and to museums which made it an easy hotel in terms of walking around the town. The room was large (double bed plus an extra bed and would have been a great place for a family on a budget). The bathroom was also a large space. The space was clean.
