Lack of netflix

Arriving at the flat we received a warm welcome by the very nice couple that owns it. We were shown around and were given the keys. The flat is spacious enough for two and is very nicely decorated with many traditional details here n there. The bedroom is very nice n simple and the bed very comfortable with an AC for the hot nights. The kitchen well equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and stoves and some snacks n drinks on the house. The kind hostess even came halfway out stay to change the linen n the towels n clean the flat for us free of charge that we found especially kind. There is a great supermarket 5 mins away that is 24/7 and has delicious freshly cooked food and many Italian snacks. Overall very pleased with the accommodation, the location and the hosting. Definitely recommend

Rosamaria has created a beautiful home. Her eye to detail is exceptional and the apartment is well appointed and a sanctuary from the business of the hustle and bustle of outside. With parking outside, restaurants and the old town close by we loved staying at Rosamaria's home and are sure you will love it too.

It’s the best apartment we have ever booked. You really fell like home thanks to the cleanliness, the style and beauty of the apartment, the details and all the things that you find and see in there. It’s that type of place that makes you feel like you’re the first one who had rented it, you have no feeling like before you it was many people who stayed here. It’s a fantastic experience. Rosamaria created a beautiful place, leaving some treats in the fridge, additional chargers, some hygiene products, even the hair straightener, and many more. She was very kind and helpful, even when we just landed, she recommended us the best way to get to the city and waited for us near the apartment. She even arranged a quick appointment to clean the apartment. The location is perfect: in any direction you want to go - to the beach or to the city center, there are bus stations near or just places you can reach by walking. We are very happy to have lived here, I hope we come back to Palermo soon and then we will definitely book this gorgeous apartment again ❤️

When I booked this stay I did not have any expectations, but oh my did I have the most pleasant stay! The host was so kind to us. She saw from my passport it was my birthday and she even gave me a gift. I am so happy that I had to chance to meet such amazing person like Rosamaria! The apartment was impeccable - amazing attention to details, fully equipped and we also managed to find parking just on the street in front of the building.

The property was wonderful, clean and very well stocked with coffee, water, beer, crisps etc. The apartment had a lovely terrace which was nice for a beer before going out. Location was great, around 20 minute walk to all the attractions. Parking was also extremely easy, we lucked out with a free parking place right outside. I will be recommending to all my friends and family if they visit Palermo

The only two things we disliked about this accommodation is that the terras is not really enjoyable as the street view is not that nice. Also, in our opinion, there is not enough hot water in the shower.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Casa 3D'Oro !! It was a lovely renovated apartment that included everything we needed :) The place was very clean and we had all the utensils we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. The host even provided us with free snacks and drinks which was highly appreciated! She was incredibly kind and gave us all sorts of recommendations during our stay. The apartment is in a great location, we were able to visit all the touristy places by foot! Overall, we had a great stay here and highly recommend it!

What a treat this accommodation was. It has a number of free and paid parking spots outside the apartments, also felt like a very safe area. It is walking distance to all the main shops/restaurants. Rosamaria was an excellent host, so friendly and communicative. And so kind as to stock the friend and pantry with a couple of goodies. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone staying in Palermo.

We liked everything! The host was amazing and really friendly, the fridge was stocked with drinks and a couple of snacks. The apartment was clean and it had everything you might need during your stay. We could easily stay for the whole month. Really recommend!!

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful apartment in Palermo! It is even bigger than expected, has lots of modern facilities and the most comfortable bed! We visited the city during its hottest time of the year (up to 47 degrees!) and we were so thankful to stay in the flat which had very good AC and allowed us to cool down when needed. The flat is in a quiet street, but still has lots of cafes and restaurants close by, as well as supermarkets round the corner. We were able to walk to the historic centre within minutes, and then get away from the hustle and bustle at the end of the day, which was perfect. Most importantly the hosts are two of the kindest people - they met us at the property for the ckeck-in where we were greeted with smiles, delicious cannoli and a kitchen already stocked with drinks and food for breakfast. The hosts even dropped us off at the airport at the end of our stay (it was the hottest day of the year and they knew I was 6+ months pregnant), which we are infinitely grateful for! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Palermo city :-)

I didn’t like that we only had a week in the beautiful apartment in Palermo and wish we could have stayed longer. I can’t wait to return.

We loved everything about our stay. The apartment is wonderful and so much attention to detail. We had everything we needed for our stay and the hospitality was exceptional. I loved having morning tea on the little balcony and although it was very hot the canopy was great for cover.

A wonderful overall experience. The location has great access to all facilities such as 24h supermarkets, parking lots, restaurants, cafes, etc. and it is walking distance from the main touristic centre. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and the overall level of communication was excellent. The apartment is very modern and everything is new and very carefully designed and planned. The level of cleanliness is beyond expectations and the attention to details was a nice surprise, as we were met with complimentary drinks and snacks and even tips for the best locations around town. Looking forward to coming back to this place again.

Nothing that I didn’t like.

The apartment is really pretty and modern, the whole place is very neat and designed with attention to small details. The location is really nice close to the centre, transport routes and restaurants/shops. The host was one of the nicest I ever met, being met with Sicilian deserts when we arrived, and got a lot of advice about shops, places to see, etc. Also, we had complimentary coffee, water, some food and beer. I cannot recommend it highly enough and would stay again next time in Palermo.

Beautiful, well-designed apartment in the quiet residential neighborhood. You can see in every detail at the apartment that there was lots of love invested. Apartment is spotless and comfortable, we loved every minute spent there. There is lots f bars and restaurant nearby, and 24/7 supermarket is just around the corner. Rosamaria was a wonderful host, and we would be happy to come back again.

The place is renovated and has a very creative interior design with lots of lighting. It is very clean, cozy, and gives a good mood. Has air conditioner with heating. Comes with a free mini bar and sweets. The location is great, in a nice shopping street, and a few minutes walk from the historic center, with a 24x7 supermarket nearby. Very kind host, available to answer questions and give recommendations.

The flat is with good design and it is very clean. The location is very close to centre, walking distance. Rosamaria and her husband are both very nice and friendly. She has prepared bottled water,fruits, snacks and desserts for us.
