The location is perfect overall as a base to explore the beautiful city, next to a wonderful restaurant and a gondola stand! The clean updated property and very comfortable spacious room exceeded our expectations! Every person on staff we met during our 6 night stay are all truly amazing, so friendly and helpful! The daily breakfast is great with a really nice variety of food including made to order coffee! Thank you! We will definitely stay here our next time back!

Absolutely nothing first class hotel with first class staff

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and the staff were excellent we had a small issue with the room which marcella sorted out for us and I had taken bad mosquito bites which she and other members of staff asked if I was ok. Breakfast was absolutely stunning

The room was stunning, the hotel wonderfully clean and spacious. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful providing some brilliant recommendations from things to do during our short stay and also great restaurants nearby. In our room, we had an issue with the air conditioner. It was likely that one of the fans was making an uncomfortable noise.

We did not like that we couldn’t stay longer.

Great location and staff. Room was nice, tasteful and big enough. We enjoyed the balcony, loved sitting there and just watched people walk by. Breakfast was very good and the open door created such nice atmosphere. Loved it!

Hotel was lovely and traditional although it had many stairs. Very clean and staff extremely helpful. breakfast was a bit different but there was variety. Location was great, close to Rialto Bridge and San Marco Piazza. Will return.

No communication on why Smart TV was not set up-didn't know we were on the third floor-those stairs are bit much

It takes 15 min till nearest Rialto stop from Santa Lucia train station by water bus. And 7 min walking to Hotel Palazzo Vitturi. Reason why we chose this hotel is that it locates two (San Marco & Rialto Bridge) important places very closely. Also, easy access(12 min walking) to ‘Fondamente nove Sta.’ (water bus stop) for Murano Island. This 13th century building is well renovated, and room is spacious. It was hot day but inside was kept cool and comfortable. All staffs are kind and room clearing is good, too. Breakfast has a lot of varieties and it’s one of the unforgettable moments looking at square and historical church from breakfast salon.
