Not a dislike but a suggestion for making the experience even better. We would have liked to have guest booklet add pages providing simple instructions on operating state of the art cooling system and kitchen appliances, such as induction cooktop and ovens. Washer/dryer in one appliance difficult for Americans to understand since we don’t have a single unit in USA. Illustrated instructions or video through WhatsApp would be very helpful.

Very modern, clean, and beautiful apartment in excellent, central location. Staff was very responsive to our needs. Would stay here again.

The rooms didn't heat too well. The bathroom sink had a chique glass & wood design, but the wood was rotted in some places and produced a foul odor. Suggest replacing it with a more traditional porcelain that would last a lot longer. Kitchen stove operation..... I took a while to figure it out. Suggest including some laminated instructions in the booklet.

Location is excellent! We enjoyed our time in Como even though the weather wasn't the best.

No complimentary tea or coffee,l The tv wasn’t working and the WiFi worked the first day and not after that at all.

The greeting and exit was easy. Allowing us to park temporarily at the building was an added benefit, really appreciated that. The apartment was chic and provided plenty of room for us. Access to the washer and dryer was a bonus. We were in Italy for 10 days.

We would have liked maybe a wall mirror or long mirror in the bedroom and possibly a couple hooks on the back of the bedroom and bathroom door. Our daughter said the sofa bed had a significant dip in the middle.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. We really enjoyed the quiet residential building and feeling of security. We would stay there again and happily recommend to family/friends. The location was excellent!

Beautiful accomodation and so clean and fresh - Actually more beautiful than images seen. Location perfect, close to lake and ferry/ train and bus station. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops and bars to choose from. First time in Como and we absolutely loved it. The team at My Home In Como are so helpful. Before we arrived and during our stay they responded to all questions very quickly. They helped us arrange alternative transport to airport due to train strike. Would highly recomend this company and I'm sure all their properties have the same high standards.

Very personable host that was very accommodating to our checking in late. The location is fenomenal and the apartment is clearly upscale and extremely well appointed.

Amazing location right in the heart of como directly located near water, restaurants and shopping. Only a 10min walk from the train station. Super nice freshly renovated rooms. Great amenities. One of our favorite stays in Italy. Could definitely have stayed longer.

There were two TV screens in the living room but neither of them had access to normal TV channels (no local stations or common english language news channels). It could only be used if you had specific apps downloaded, or accounts to them. The host told us in order to use the large screen we had to download special apps which we didn't want to do just for that stay, and the small screen was meant to have access to free local channels, but after 2 days of trying it did not, not even youtube. So that was very disappointing. The check-in process requires you to fill in a lot (too much) of personal information about yourself and each traveller to go on the rental company's database, in order to then get information sent on where to go to get the keys, etc. This was only disclosed after the full payment was taken with no refund. So we didn't like that whole process. That was on top of the standard booking.com reservation process.

Beautifully designed apartment in a gorgeous villa. Centrally located and a short walk from the Como train and bus stations, and lake itself. Very clean. Great amenities in kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Nice and quiet in the night.

the lift wasn’t working the first day so difficult with access and heavy luggage however fixed the next day.

Couch very uncomfortable for long evening as is sofabed. Large flat screen shown in picture tv did not work but smaller tv provided as stop gap
