The room downstairs was exceptional, and all the facilities were great. We enjoyed having a ping pong table and a terrace. The location was perfect

The AC did not work, so it was like 40 degrees inside, which made it hard to sleep and spend tine in the room. The room upstairs was a bit smaller and compared to downstairs room a bit downgraded. Bit it had everything that we needed.

The location is great, the view from the balcony is so beautiful and romantic... There is no air conditioning but there is a fan in the room.

Our stay from June 14 to June 18 was extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the high price we paid. For the first two days, there was no hot water. We contacted the hosts multiple times — not a single reply. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The air conditioners didn’t work, even though it was over 32°C outside. We were left with a few cheap fans that barely helped. Sleeping in that heat was unbearable. On top of that, the apartment was far from clean. There was visible mold in several areas, and parts of the ceiling plaster were crumbling. Towels were not changed during our entire 4-night stay, which is completely unacceptable for the rate being charged. This property is clearly neglected, and the total lack of communication from the hosts shows they simply don’t care. I would strongly advise others to stay away.

The oven in the kitchen on the 1st floor was not working

The location couldn't have been more central. It was easy to get to and from bars, and more. It's a beautiful old building.

Although the building itself was gorgeous, the furnishing was great. Especially the bed, the mattress was so thin and soft, i felt the wooden panels underneath. At one point there was no toiletpaper for 24 hours. Also, if you dont have internet you cant check in. There was no lock box for easy self check in, but I needed to phone the owner. This place could be wonderful but upgrading some areas would help.

Superb location in the heart of the old town. Many terraces and bars in the vicinity. The terrace is absolutely gorgeous, full of flowers and with a wonderful view. A place where in the evening, you can drink a glass of wine, admire the neighboring buildings and the sea. The bedroom is large, with a comfortable bed but no tv. :( If you want to cook, the kitchen has everything you want And a big fridge

Be careful in the shower. It's very slippery!!

Great location, wonderful tenement house. Super atmospheric terrace with a beautiful view. I will definitely come back to this place. WONDERFULLY

The location in the old town, in the center, is a huge advantage. We lived in room 3, where there was a room with a private bathroom on the floor, i.e., we shared the toilet with only one room, which was comfortable. A significant advantage is a lot of space in the kitchen and workspace. The kitchen has a lot of utensils, which are in good condition. I would like to highlight the terrace separately - it's love! The view is 360°. You can sit and dine there like in a chic restaurant, and the abundance of plants adds to the vibe. Yes, the furniture is old and made of plywood, but this does not spoil the overall impression.
