Unique and charming apartment. Great location and close to everything. Our host Gianluca was amazing, such an incredible guy. We had some days in Palermo and travelled out to other areas during our stay. The apartment is well located, close to many great restaurants (Gianluca recommended some really good spots that you probably won’t find otherwise). Very comfortable stay and highly recommended.

Due to the protected state of the building there are makeshift water pump installations which is noisy but nothing that is mind blowingly annoying. Small inconvenience rather.

It is like in the pictures: and old charmful palace, jaw-droppingly amazing patio. Inside the apartment the interior makes one feel being a duke in the Middle Ages, absolutely unique and second to nothing.

Gianluca was unusualy helpful with everything what was included to our stay at Palazzo Ninfa. Room was very clean and good prepared for guests. Perfectly organised the transport to the hotel and back to airport (at 3:30 a.m. !!)

What a fantastic apartment! Nestled in the bustling Via Vittorio Emmanuale area, a stones throw from Cattedrale di Palermo and breakfast with a view every morning. Gianluca was such a gracious and attentive host, who gave excellent recommendations to us on our first trip to Sicily. The apartment is beautifully furnished with all the amenities you could need; cleaned on a daily basis to a high standard. Highly recommend for any couples looking for the perfect mix of luxury, relaxation, city living, and nightlife. Grazie mille, Gianluca & la Santa Ninfa Squadra!

We did not expect such a warm welcome. The host, Gianluca met us at the door, showed us the property and gave us some good tips for our stay. We were impressed with it. The property was very nice, with exceptionally comfy bed, in historical building, in Best in Town location, close to the key Palermo attractions. We really enjoyed it.

A large, beautiful apartment in an historic palace, moments from the old city centre and almost opposite the Cathedral. Emi was the perfect housekeeper. It was great seeing the envious faces of other tourists visiting the historic fountain in the courtyard, when they see you get to stay there!

We had the best experience staying at Palazzo Santa Ninfa, Gianluca was a gentleman and he helped us explaining all we needed to know about the city, he went an extra mile and recommend us nice places to eat, we will definitely book this room when we come back to the beautiful Palermo.

Cannot think of anything. We wished we stayed longer!

Great location for exploring the old town and for bars and restaurants too. The appartment is spacious and luxurious including an amazing vaulted bathroom ceiling. It is in an old mansion with a beautiful patio and a much photographed fountain. If you come by car be warned that you cannot drive up to the appartment to unload/load your luggage. You will have to park in a parking lot about ten minutes away. However do not be concerned, Jean Lucca the manager will take care of the luggage and anything else you may need.

Nothing it was amazing

Beautiful, clean and spacious. Located in a perfect part of the city by the cathedral but tucked away from the crowds. Everything you need- big fridge, stove espresso maker. Huge bath tub for a relaxing afternoon. TV with streaming service.

We would have given this place a 9 except for one item. Our only complaint was the very loud noises from the people above us (seemed to be people pounding around in heels above us every night).

We loved the staff, the location, and the facilities.
