Everything was fabulous. The room was exceptional, we were upgraded to a suite, which was incredible. Lovely staff, personal attention, great breakfast and the location was right in the centre of Lucca. Couldn’t ask for better.

parking and lugging the bags from the car, which was partially our fault because we last minute booked and started driving in before getting the full instructions. the walk from the car to the hotel was about 10 minutes. Wouldn't bring heavy suitcases if you can help it.

two adults and two kids, the staff was so friendly, the unit was a huge 2 bedroom apartment in the middle of the square. Breakfast was nice, it wasn't a buffet but a pre fixe type of sit down breakfast, but very nice way to start the day.

Beautiful, charming and romantic accommodation in a perfect location, with welcoming and helpful staff. The room was big, very confortable and well decorated. The breakfast was delicious! A perfect match for visiting the historical town of Lucca.

I’d like better security on the rooms. Both rooms just had a plane old fashion key, but the suite had double doors that could be opened from the outside without a key. The bolt lock should be on the inside.

Staff were awesome. All 3 ladies we dealt with were very nice and accomodating. The elevator was great. Walked the stairs on our first arrival as I wasn’t sure what floor we were on. Breakfast was quite nice.

Special little hotel - best location in Lucca

Bedroom was ok. Very comfortable and had all the amenities but shower was a bit basic and no daily top ups of water etc. Breakfasts were a bit random. You got given what they wanted to give you. We had scrambled eggs on toast one morning, simply put in front of us. It was lovely but we didn’t have a choice.

The central location was great. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast/sitting room was very impressive.

Everything was perfect. Was cloths are used in the US. Here not.

Beautiful decorations. Homey and spacious. Felt like we had our own apartment with staff. Everyone was very attentive and met all our needs. Breakfast was yummy. Perfect location. Only complaint would be the mattress was very thin and not comfortable. Also feels uncomfortable to use bedspread. Not knowing if it Was washed in-between clients? Or not? Would always prefer clean fresh sheets.

We would have preferred breakfast to be a buffet, but it is a small property. Probably only half a dozen to eight rooms. The hotel is on the 3rd floor and shared building with apartments.

The location was right in center of Lucca was fine for walking around, but not for walking the suitcases from public parking. It was about a 10 minute walk. We could have driven and dropped them off, but the roads were narrow with lots of pedestrians so chose not to. Breakfast was served to us each morning. Three morning we ate in our sitting room and once in the common area with other guests. The food was fine.

Beautiful stay with amazing staff I can’t thank the staff including Carlotta and her colleague who supported us when we got caught in the train strikes on Friday so didn’t arrive until after 10 pm They kept in contact and stayed up late as our final train was cancelled and we had to get a taxi from Pisa Thanks

This may be an Italian thing, but we haven’t found a feather bead pillow yet and we’ve been to several lovely Palazzos. Perhaps it’s more a Sud Tyrol thing? We loved Palazzo Rocchi regardless (and I travel with my own pillow just to be safe). 😌

Windows are not double glazed and it was noisy. The double beds have two mattresses and not one queen size mattress, very uncomfortable lying on the gap
