It was a wonderful experience

The most beautiful room we stayed in while in Italy. We got the best room they had, it had a beautiful balcony and multiple rooms. The air-conditioning worked fantastic.

The staff was very gracious- they remained very welcoming despite our being very late to our arrival estimate. The accommodations were spotless! Beautiful building and surroundings- awesome pool and sunning area. Would definitely return and recommend! (And free PARKING!)

A truly magnificent stay! The hosts Christina and Daniele could not be more helpful. They organised restaurants, taxis etc.. the rooms are magnificent particularly the family suite. Everyone had a great time. It was like have your own private villa. There are 3 beach clubs within a 5 minute walk and a number of restaurants too. I loved the little extras, like the bathroom amenities. It was a wonderful 3 night stay before our cruise. I would highly recommend Palazzo Podestà!

Not many restaurants nearby, and the only one that was there was closed, so your going to starve unless you want to take a taxi to go somewhere.

The toilet was broken, rocked off floor, and hand-held shower head holder was broken and taped with duct tape. There is no restaurant or lounges nearby.

The staff was very friendly, and the grounds were very pretty. The bed was very comfortable and the snacks and bottled water were a very nice touch and much appreciated.

Would have been nice to have a bar/drinks facility on site.

This is a lovely place for a special function or event. We used this as an extended family with small children as a place to spend the day after our cruise before heading to the airport. The staff were very friendly and we were able to check in very early. We had use of the pool and the sunbeds and a travel cot was provided with no extra charge. There was a supermarket right by to buy supplies for the day and we ate in a restaurant for lunch about a 5 minute walk away which was amazing. Our transfer back to the airport was also arranged by our host.

Beautiful and refined structure with luxurious furnishings and Art Nouveau details. Wonderful and quiet garden , convenient and accessible pool. Excellent services and friendly and professional staff. Excellent amenities of equipment and mini bar and free coffee.

Young gentleman running the check-in and getting supplies which they had no idea what we were talking about, extra pillows, and comforter, which were throw pillows and a used smelly comforter which was stored in a plastic bag. Seems this was a Family home turned into bed-and-breakfast, which there was no breakfast, but they would bring some from the restaurant down the street or something. I don’t know? You could only go through the house to your room and out the front door to the backyard pool. Just a little weird but beautiful home and grounds.

You don’t understand is it hotel or furnished apartment there is kitchen but you can not use there is grill but you cannot use ……. There no restaurant or food service in if you don’t have a car the owner offer you to bring you to the city for 10 euro per person !!!!!!! in fact you don’t have any other option You feel stupid

Nothing... it was perfect!

Our stay at Palazzo Podestà was the perfect finale stop to our 14-day family vacation. The host and the hotel exceeded all our expectations! Their hospitality and the way they pampered us were truly exceptional. I think I can speak for our entire group when I say this was one of the absolute highlights of our trip. If you ever have the chance to visit, I highly recommend it. Thank you again—and if we’re ever in the area, we’ll definitely make sure to stay here again!

I felt mislead by the pictures and description. I was expecting a seaside resort with lovely facilities. But it essentially a quiet AirBnB, with no amenities to speak of. There was no staff present during our stay, the room was dorm room like with cheap furnishings, and no view at all. No elevator and there place had no staff on site other than when we checked in. No restaurants to speak of near by, and the town is not at all walkable or particularly attractive. We didn't feel unsafe, but it is not a "nice" part of town. The pictures look absolutely lovely, and I envisioned sitting on the veranda enjoying a meal and a cocktail overlooking the sea. But that is not the experience delivered. Certainly feel that I could have found a much nicer place for the cost of our stay in the area.

Room was clean. Parking was convenient.
