Need to be able to navigate through their instructions to get into the apartment. It worked out for us. :) Lift was not working at that time of check in, so we had to lugged up our luggage’s and likewise, lugged them down on check out. Other wise, all is good. Will be good to have some cups / mugs in the room.

Lovely to be able to stay in this well put together property. Current and well designed to fit all the creature comfort. Fittings and all the softwares are well appointed. The location is fantastic. Not too near the noisy areas and good enough to be near Bari old town. Will recommend others to stay here. Safe, clean and modern.

Hot water did make a noise during the night.

Clean accommodation and our host Diran was super helpful, he held our luggage to allow for a late departure from Bari. He was prompt with all communication.

We liked it all, no complaints on our end.

We loved it here. Location was prime and the place was absolutely beautiful. We loved the open space in our room and really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony people watching.

Although not the fault of the staff, the room was infected by many mosquitoes. We arrived with around 20 in the bathroom and I had to kill around 100 during our 3-day stay. Given the number of mosquitoes we didn’t open the window meaning that it was quite warm.

I like the modern looking place. The service and communication from the team was great. They provided good recommendations.

There were about 30 lmosquitos in our room (while we could not figure out how to open the window) and bathroom and many dead found on the walls too

A bit too noisy at night as it is located in close proximity to restaurants and bars. Since I had to leave for a flight at night, it was difficult to sleep.

The location was great as everything you needed was nearby. Well thought out contactless entry system. There was even a small lift which was helpful when travelling with a suitcase. The accommodation looked clean and nice.

Property was excellently located and amenities worked perfectly. The bed was extremely comfortable with good A/C. Further - the balcony and rooftop were amazing and gave the best view of the town and sea! Finally, our host was very kind, informative and professional

the pillows and also the bed were very hard. also since the windows are very old (whats beautiful but not practical) you cannot really close them in a way modern windows would be closed. so it can be a bit loud. would be also nice if they would clean the balcony. the kitchen has no proper cutlery or bowls. but for 1-2 nights I think its really okay as long as you do not wanna eat in the accomodation :)

We really liked the area (very close to the historic center) and the big bed and also that the check-in was easy and there is an elevator in the building.

Cons: We booked two rooms for 3 nights, one family suite and one standard King, but were given two king rooms instead The units are self check in, so no one there to greet you. We followed the instructions to enter the main front door, but the codes did not work. Thankfully a tenant was leaving, so we were able to get into the courtyard. From there we were able to get in through the next door on the second floor, also using a code provided. Once in, you use more codes to unlock the small lock cases containing the keys to the corresponding rooms, the main door, and the 2nd floor door to enter the area with the units. However, on two occasions, the key got stuck in the 2nd floor door and we couldn’t remove it at all on the last day. In addition, one of the rooms received daily cleaning service, clean towels and toilet paper, but the other one did not. Finally, I messaged the unit’s owner/manager regarding a refund on the difference between the family suite price we booked and king price we were placed in, and they did not resolve the issue.

Pros: Good location in Bari, near shopping, restaurants and old town. They provided helpful parking and transportation information, the unit was clean upon arrival and the beds were comfortable. The units were quiet and they kindly arranged for transportation to the airport. Note: The units are located within a larger building of year round tenants and they do not provide breakfast which we were aware of, but there are plenty of places to get breakfast in the area.
