From the first moment we arrived in Oriveto the hotel where incredible- if you arrive by car , the parking booked via hotel is a must. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, foyer, restaurant/bar and the rooms are incredible. This is a must stay if you are traveling to this beautiful town.

Toilet was high for shorter people.

The property was spectacular. A few steps from the Duomo. They had paid parking but it was great as we could park car in Duomo square. Sam was so helpful handing our luggage from parking spot to room then back when we left. So helpful. The room- ours was 103- was a good size. The ceilings were so high. Beds were comfortable. We had dinner in the converted church. The food was so beautifully decorated. The breakfast was amazing with a tray of so many selections for each table.

Concierge was absolutely wonderful. So helpful and passionate about the space, really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. The room was gorgeous and very clean, the common area was stunning and the complimentary breakfast is wonderful (with excellent service). The location in town is perfect and we only wished we had booked more nights. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I wish the restaurant Coro had a more "accessible" menu - I wanted to eat there but my traveling companions and I found little on the limited menu that really appealed to us.

We appreciated the staff friendliness and welcome at Palazzo Petrvs. But really we adored the vibe, the quality of the restoration, the atmosphere. The hotel is spacious but just 9 rooms/suites. The courtyard and small bar are just adorable, and the bar makes a great drink, beautiful glassware, and had amazing wine recommendations. The bed in our room was very comfortable, and we just loved staying a few days in a place with such a specific and well executed view of design and modernism in such an old building. Found it gracious that the drinks in the room mini-fridge were gratis. Would highly recommend for a 2 day stay, location is ideal. Take them up on their parking if you're driving to Orvieto.

There was nothing we didn’t like but a couple of suggestions for improvement would be to provide a second chair in the bedroom and offer a wider selection of fruit at breakfast.

10 out of 10 for the staff. Their attentive service began when we were en route to Orvieto and continued even after we left (a train cancellation meant that we would miss our connection to Fiumincino and when I called the hotel from the station a taxi was immediately sent to rescue us!). Throughout our stay their attention was discreet but genuine. Our room was extremely comfortable and spacious and lived up to its luxury billing. The location is perfect.

From when I first contacted Palazzo Petrvs & Iilaria answered the outstanding service started. Marco, Illaria, Francesco,,Mattia,Martine, Paloma & Angelica all made my stay so memorable. Stephano makes the best cocktails & puts on a performance to match Tom Cruise! The rooms are beautifully appointed & serviced with no fuss & you return to your room after breakfast to find everything magically in its place. The restaurant is worth trying & transports you to a different world of tastes. This hotel is up there with the very best. The finishes used throughout the hotel are of the highest standards.
