We stayed one night at Palazzo Novello on our way to Riva del Garda and everything was absolutely wonderful for a short stay. The room was charming and very comfortable — especially the bed and pillows, which were perfect for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious and the host was kind and helpful. A beautiful place — we would definitely come back!

Almost no water came out of the shower.

The entire team was very friendly, and the atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxed. The hotel has a slightly morbid charm that creates an unbeatable atmosphere and immediately puts you in vacation mode.

The place is amazing, there is a nice garden with a small pool great for the kids, the parking is on city. The palace is very beautiful, we had an amazing room and felt very welcome with our kids and the dog :)

The ambient was very beautiful, and the room was unique and comfortable. Girls working in the hotel were great, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very diverse, and the quality of food was amazing. Every little detail in this hotel is very well designed. We came late, and check-in was very easy and well explained to us. There were enough parking spots in the yard. I highly recommend it, and we will come back for sure.

only thing that could have been better: there was only one pillow per person and a rather thin one would recommend to ask for a second pillow

Location excellent with great parking (9 euros) in the enclosed courtyard. Lovely villa with a lot of history. Staff was very friendly and loved our little dog (12 euro extra). Good breakfast.

Perfect!

The owners, managers and staff are rightly proud of this masterpiece. Hotel Palazzo Novello is a a charming and luxurious residence that makes you feel like you are being entertained by royalty. Our room was designed and furnished to perfection, and it was impeccably clean and comfortable. All the staff are courteous, proud and friendly. We were especially impressed by the 24-hour coffee making facilities. My wife and I were sad that we could not stay longer. A wonderful experience in every way.

I didn’t want to leave.

The place its absolutely stunning. It’s all you imagined when you think of staying in a 400 years old Palazzo. Attention to the detail is impressive. Everything is designed so you feel like back in time. The staff is always there for you and they do a very good job. They also recommend you some restaurants in town and we had an amazing dinner experience. We’ll defo come back soon.

Some people still smoke (in general OK), but due to the place one could smell the smoke in the larger out-side room, where one can sit e.g. for breakfast.

Breakfast was rich and high quality. The lady at the reception gave us very good suggestions for a dinner place. Of course I have to mention, that I got an upgrade... lucky us!
